高職汽車(chē)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)產(chǎn)教融合校企協(xié)同育人的人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

摘要：結(jié)合當(dāng)前高職汽車(chē)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的相關(guān)特點(diǎn)，有效實(shí)施產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作是培養(yǎng)新時(shí)期汽車(chē)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才的有效途徑。充分地發(fā)揮高職院校教育優(yōu)勢(shì)院校，與社會(huì)企業(yè)相互協(xié)同，創(chuàng)建企業(yè)學(xué)院。通過(guò)學(xué)校環(huán)境與企業(yè)環(huán)境的相互融合，給學(xué)生構(gòu)建新的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，提供新型教學(xué)資源，有助于推動(dòng)學(xué)生的綜合性成長(zhǎng)，提高學(xué)生的綜合實(shí)踐能力。將每一個(gè)學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為企業(yè)需求的高質(zhì)量人才，實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)、崗位與學(xué)校教育的有效銜接。

Research on the Talent Cultivation Model of the Integration of Production and Education for Automobile Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： Combining the relevant characteristics of the current higher vocational automotive majors， the effective implementation of the integration of production and education， and school-enterprise cooperation are effective ways to train automotive professionals in the new era. Give full play to the educational advantages of higher vocational colleges， and cooperate with social enterprises to create corporate colleges. Through the mutual integration of the school environment and the corporate environment， a new learning environment is constructed for students， new teaching resources are provided， the comprehensive growth of students is promoted， and the comprehensive practical ability of students is improved. Train every student to become a high-quality talent required by the enterprise， and realize the effective connection between the enterprise， position and school education.

隨著我當(dāng)前社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷進(jìn)步與發(fā)展，當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新態(tài)勢(shì)，為高職汽車(chē)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展指明了方向。并且對(duì)于高職汽車(chē)專(zhuān)業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)有了更高的需求。產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作是當(dāng)前高職汽車(chē)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的重要途徑之一，也是構(gòu)建職業(yè)型教育重要方式。

1 ?高職汽車(chē)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)，產(chǎn)教融合校企協(xié)作的現(xiàn)狀與意義

職業(yè)院校與企業(yè)相互協(xié)同構(gòu)建新型的教育模式已逐漸成為國(guó)內(nèi)外教育發(fā)展的新態(tài)勢(shì)并得到了廣泛的推廣和認(rèn)同，要構(gòu)建產(chǎn)教融合的新型院校，需要知名企業(yè)與學(xué)校相互協(xié)同，從而有效地提高高職院校的整體教學(xué)水準(zhǔn)，確保教育質(zhì)量。……
