甘肅省持續推進生態文明建設評價研究

摘要：該文以問卷調查的方式分析評價了甘肅地區生態文明持續推進的建設成效。調查證實，通過幾年的建設，民眾對生態文明內涵有了一定的了解，生態環境有了一定的改善，民眾對生態保護的責任心增強，生態建設和保護的成效給予了一定的認可。同時，對我省生態在生態文明建設的方法、建設力度、建設水平等方面也提出了寶貴的意見，需要在下一步生態文明建設過程中給予一定的重視。

Study on the Evaluation of Sustainable Ecological Civilization Construction in Gansu Province

Abstract： This paper analyzes and evaluates the construction effect of ecological civilization in Gansu Province by means of questionnaire. The investigation confirmed that through several years of construction， the people have a certain understanding of the connotation of ecological civilization， the ecological environment has been improved to a certain extent， the peoples sense of responsibility for ecological protection has been strengthened， and the effect of ecological construction and protection has been given a certain recognition. At the same time， this paper also puts forward some valuable opinions on the methods， intensity and level of ecological civilization construction， which should be paid attention to in the next step.

2013年以來，甘肅省政府堅持貫徹“八個著力”要求，積極推進國家生態安全屏障綜合試驗區，努力打造生態安全、生態經濟、生態文化的甘肅模式，生態文明建設工作取得初步進展^[1]。但是，對于有著切身利益的民眾對甘肅省生態文明建設推進工作的感受如何？該報告通過問卷調查和實地走訪的形式，調查分析甘肅持續推進生態文明建設的成效做一真實評價，旨在對進一步推進生態文明建設成效，改善生態環境，盡最大努力，讓民眾生活在一個山青水綠的良好生態環境中。

1被訪者基本情況

2020年，調研組分別奔赴甘肅各地，走訪調查民眾語意重復，“近”“余”二者刪其一次，共發放問卷600份，回收有效問卷581份，回收問卷有效率占96.83%。被訪對象范圍涵蓋了國家與社會管理者階層、專業技術人員、農業勞動者等十大階層，其中中共黨員176人（占比30.29%）、無黨派人士400人（占比68.85%）、民主黨派人士5人（占比0.86%）（如圖1所示）。……
