摘要:針對當前職業院校深度產教融合實踐中遇到的現實困境,尋找創新驅動與產教融合的結合點,提出創新驅動職業院校深度產教融合的具體路徑。通過湖南鐵路科技職業技術學院實踐探索創新驅動與產教深度融合的發展之路,以深度產教融合為支點,深入推動高職人才培養模式改革,著力培養知識型、技能型、創新型勞動者大軍,提煉出創新驅動職業院校深度產教融合的方式、對象以及途徑。

Abstract: Aiming at the current difficulties encountered in?the practice of in-depth integration of production and education?in vocational colleges, we are looking for the combination of innovation-driven and integration of production and education, and put forward a specific path for the deep integration of production and education in innovation-driven vocational colleges. Through the practice of Hunan Railway Science and Technology Vocational College, explore the development path of innovation-driven and in-depth integration of production and education, with deep integration of production and education as the fulcrum, deeply promote the reform of higher vocational talent training mode, and focus on cultivating knowledge-based, skilled and innovative workers The army has refined the methods, objects and ways of innovation-driven deep integration of production and education in vocational colleges.

現階段,深化產教融合受到社會各界的廣泛關注。“產教融合”這一教育改革理念被此次國家制度的確立和新時代的發展推向了高潮。諸多文件均顯示,落實產教融合戰略工作屬于一項積極舉措,符合當下社會的大環境,能夠有機銜接好創新鏈、產業鏈與教育鏈、人才鏈間的關系,這是傳統職業教育在思維方面的進步,這種進步及創新也體現在理念層面,為我國教育改革開辟了全新的道路。……
