Research on the Policy Mechanism of Targeted Poverty Alleviation under the Premise of Different Causes of Poverty

Abstract: The basic strategy of targeted poverty alleviation comes from China’s anti-poverty practice and the actual situation of the poor.There are a large number of rural poor people in China, and the causes of poverty vary widely.The difference of poverty causes requires that the targeted poverty alleviation work should combine the specific situation of poor counties, villages and households to determine the corresponding assistance methods and strategies, and realize the targeted poverty alleviation through the implementation of development-oriented poverty alleviation, industrial poverty alleviation, relocation poverty alleviation and social assistance poverty alleviation.At the same time, targeted poverty alleviation should not only focus on the “poverty alleviation process”, but also extend the poverty alleviation and development to “before poverty” and “after poverty alleviation”.Through the establishment of poverty monitoring and early warning mechanism, industrial assistance mechanism, asset income support mechanism, social security mechanism and poverty alleviation supervision and evaluation mechanism, targeted poverty alleviation can be achieved.

Abstract:Promoting the “fourth industrial revolution” and building a “super intelligent society”(Society 5.0)have a multiplier effect.By building a “super intelligent society” and applying the innovative achievements of the fourth industrial revolution to all aspects of economic society, not only can various social problems faced by Japan be solved, but also many new opportunities will be created to support the sustainable development of Japan’s economy.The Japanese government takes solving problems as its starting point, builds a “super intelligent society” with the help of the “fourth industrial revolution”, and promotes the national competitiveness and national happiness , which is worthy of our reference.

Image Thinking in the Cognitive Structure of Chinese Characters

Abstract: Chinese characters are ideographic characters, whose body structure and meaning are closely related.The logical cognitive process of this connection is determined by the normative role of traditional Chinese imagery thinking.It is a way of thinking that integrates subjective willingness with external images, standardizes the historical process of the development of Chinese characters in the process of logical cognition of visual comparison, and guides the aesthetic concepts and methods of Chinese people in the process of character recognition and interpretation.To taste the normative function of this way of thinking, we can also observe the principles of logical methodology, aesthetic concepts, technical methods, cultural traditions and humanistic spirit behind it.
