一、教材和學(xué)情分析
(一)教材分析
本單元的教學(xué)內(nèi)容是圍繞“shadow”這個(gè)主題展開的。故事文本的語(yǔ)言簡(jiǎn)單易懂,對(duì)于學(xué)生理解和運(yùn)用以至于最后透過(guò)現(xiàn)象看本質(zhì)都有很大的幫助。
(二)學(xué)情分析
六年級(jí)學(xué)生已經(jīng)積累了大量的詞匯,口語(yǔ)交際能力也比較好,有了一定的閱讀積累量。在本課的教授中,一是通過(guò)導(dǎo)讀法幫助學(xué)生更快更深入地理解文本。二是結(jié)合學(xué)生在科學(xué)和數(shù)學(xué)課上的相關(guān)知識(shí)積累,來(lái)幫助他們解決難點(diǎn)。
二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
(一)知識(shí)和能力目標(biāo)
1.能在教師的指導(dǎo)下,快速、深入有目的地閱讀和理解文本大意,并提取出重點(diǎn)信息。
2.能結(jié)合其他學(xué)科的相關(guān)知識(shí)積累,了解影子的相關(guān)知識(shí),例如影子長(zhǎng)度與太陽(yáng)高度之間的關(guān)系及原因。
3.能夠運(yùn)用自己的語(yǔ)言完整復(fù)述故事內(nèi)容。
(二)情感目標(biāo)
能了解與學(xué)科內(nèi)容相關(guān)的自然科學(xué)知識(shí),培養(yǎng)他們勇于探索、善于思考的好習(xí)慣
(三)學(xué)習(xí)策略目標(biāo)
通過(guò)本課的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生能夠掌握導(dǎo)讀法等常用的閱讀方法,以及培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用實(shí)驗(yàn)法來(lái)解決生活中的問(wèn)題的能力。

1.教學(xué)重點(diǎn):通過(guò)使用導(dǎo)讀法,深入理解文本,并能提取信息,用自己的語(yǔ)言組合信息,復(fù)述故事內(nèi)容。
2.教學(xué)難點(diǎn):在文本中了解影子的相關(guān)知識(shí),如影子的形式以及影子長(zhǎng)度和太陽(yáng)高度的關(guān)系與原因這一個(gè)科學(xué)現(xiàn)象。

復(fù)習(xí) 1.Encourage students to be more active speaking English in this lesson.
2.Introduce the shadow game to students and explain how to play it. 1.Greetings and getting ready for the lesson.
2.Two students come to the front and make the shape of animals with their hand shadows. Students have a good start of this lesson.

呈現(xiàn)
操練 1.teacher shares with the students the three elements when they read a story--- s setting, some characters and a plot.
2.Listen to the story for the first time and guide them to catch some simple information。
3.Check the answers and make them think why the time is in the afternoon.
4.Deal with the part of plot. For each paragraph, students have a question to finish.
5.Read the paragraphs one by one and check their answers. Make connection with their reading in Chinese lessons so that they know how to read with a purpose.
Students listen to the tape and get the information.
Digging out the key phrases and learn about the two words.
Students read for the second time and answer all the questions.
Students work individually,read one paragraph by one paragraph and check their answers together。 This reading guidance provides a framework of reading an English story.
Setting easy questions before they listen can make them focus .
Students can be more focused on the listening .
The questions can help them deeply understand the story.
This time is for students to read in detail and in depth.
