【摘要】 目的:探析思維導圖在神經外科實習護理臨床教學中的應用效果。方法:將2017年5月-2018年6月本院神經外科護理實習生78例納入此次研究,按照隨機數字表法分為兩組,每組39例。對照組行常規護理教學方法,研究組在常規護理教育基礎上接受思維導圖教學方法,對比兩組技能考核評分及學生對護理教學滿意度等情況。結果:研究組實習生輸液管護理技能、無菌操作技能及靜脈輸液技能評分方面均高于對照組,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05);研究組實習生對臨床護理教學滿意度方面(94.87%)高于對照組是(76.92%),差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);臨床教學實施前,兩組理論知識掌握評分及教學質量比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05);實施后,研究組實習生理論知識掌握評分及教學質量均高于對照組,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:神經外科實習護理臨床教學期間,應用思維導圖不僅可以提升護理實習生臨床操作技能,同時提高實習生的滿意度,值得進一步應用和推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of mind mapping in clinical teaching of neurosurgery practice nursing.Method:A total of 78 neurosurgical nursing interns were enrolled in this study from May 2017 to June 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups,39 in each group.The control group received routine nursing teaching methods,the study group received mind mapping teaching methods on the basis of routine nursing education.The scores of skill assessment and the students satisfaction with nursing teaching of two groups were compared.Result:The nursing skills,aseptic operation skills and intravenous infusion skills of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The studentssatisfaction with nursing teaching of interns in the study group was 94.87%,it was more than 76.92% in the control group(P<0.05).Before the implementation of the corresponding clinical teaching,there were no significant differences in theoretical knowledge mastery score and teaching quality between two groups(P>0.05).After the implementation,the theoretical knowledge mastery score and teaching quality of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mind mapping can not only improve the clinical operation skills of nursing interns,but also improve their satisfaction during clinical teaching of neurosurgery practice nursing.It is worth of further application and promotion.

在醫療水平不斷提升的背景下,疾病治療越來越便利,同時為疾病患者護理提供了便利。利用臨床護理專業教學方法,對具備較高專業的護理實習生進行培養,以便醫院引進先進、綜合素質較高的人才[1]。就傳統臨床護理教學而言,其存在注重理論,忽視實踐現象,與此同時,無法對實習生主動融入護理知識學習積極性調動,進而影響了臨床護理教學質量及效果[2]。思維導圖在思考、學習及記憶等方面具有顯著效果,其能夠將學習期間存在的不足展示出來,根據其中的不足實施相應的教學對策,有助于護理技巧及護理專業理論知識的提升[3]。本次研究主要針對思維導圖在神經外科實習護理臨床教學中的應用效果進行探析。現報道如下。……
