新疆阿克蘇地區(qū)紡織服裝業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及影響因素分析

[摘 要]隨著國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，紡織服裝業(yè)逐步向西部轉(zhuǎn)移。新疆是我國重要的棉花生產(chǎn)基地，而新疆阿克蘇地區(qū)是新疆最大的棉花產(chǎn)區(qū)，是東部地區(qū)浙江省紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的重要基地。選取阿克蘇地區(qū)紡織服裝業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值為因變量，原料因素、勞動力因素、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈因素和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群因素等指標為自變量用SPSS軟件，采用多元線性回歸分析法對因變量與自變量進行相關性分析。

Abstract： With the development of national economy， the textile and garment industry has gradually shifted to the west. Xinjiang is an important cotton production base in China， and Aksu region in Xinjiang is the largest cotton production area in Xinjiang. Aksu area is an important base for the transfer of textile and garment industry in eastern Zhejiang province. Firstly， this paper systematically analyses the development of textile and apparel industry in Aksu area， and then makes further quantitative analysis of its influencing factors on this basis. The results show that raw material factors， labor force factors and industrial cluster factors are positively correlated with the total output value of textile industry， which is also in line with economic significance， while industrial chain factors are negatively correlated， indicating that Aksu textile and garment industry needs to extend the industrial chain.

紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)是勞動密集型和資本密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)，紡織服裝業(yè)產(chǎn)品的成本和價格在很大程度上受原材料和勞動力工資費用高低的影響。劉國梁、李娜、王西（2016）利用Logistic模型對13年間的數(shù)據(jù)進行實證分析，探討中國紡織服裝業(yè)的發(fā)展階段和未來走向。華雨晴、陳欽萍、王婷婷（2017）運用SWOT分析方法，分析長樂紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)，并提出了紡織品貿(mào)易環(huán)境惡化和國際經(jīng)濟形勢復雜性。陳大龍（2016）運用SWOT分析法對浙江省紡織服裝業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了分析，并運用主成分分析法對浙江省紡織服裝業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級水平進行了綜合評價，最終提出制約浙江省紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的可能原因。翟少紅、崔方林、朱文靜（2013）采用Eviews軟件對新疆2006—2010年的數(shù)據(jù)進行分析并提出要充分利用資源優(yōu)勢、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢，加強紡織業(yè)人才隊伍建設。郭閩榕（2016）運用鉆石模型研究福建紡織服裝業(yè)對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的影響因素，提出第二產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值與福建省紡織服裝業(yè)進出口額正相關，而第一產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值與實際利用外資對福建紡織服裝業(yè)進出口額的影響呈負相關。……
