[摘 要]數字經濟下社會對國際經貿專業本科人才在數字資源整合能力、跨境產權知識體系、跨境電子商務實務操作以及大數據統計分析技能提出了一系列的新要求,而當前國內高校國際經貿專業本科教學團隊的基本模式包括專業教研室、國際經貿系部和國際經貿科研與教學二合一等模式,這些模式存在著零碎化、封閉化、靜態化的不足,因此提出建設模塊式、開放型、動態化教學團隊的基本構想,并在此基礎上提出了相應的對策建議。

Abstract: under the digital economy society to the international economic and trade professional undergraduate course in digital resources integration ability, cross-border knowledge of intellectual property system, cross-border e-commerce practice as well as the big data statistical analysis skills to put forward a series of new requirements, and the current domestic international economic and trade professional undergraduate course teaching team include the basic pattern of professional teaching and research section, the international economic and trade department and international economic and trade research - dual function such as teaching mode, and these patterns there are bits and pieces, FengBiHua, static is insufficient, therefore, this paper proposed a modular, open, dynamic basic idea of teaching team, and based on this, advances the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.

一、引言
數字經濟是指以數字化知識和信息為關鍵生產要素、以現代信息網絡為重要載體、以信息通信技術的有效使用作為效率提升和經濟結構優化的重要推動力的一系列經濟活動。黨的十九大報告提出建設數字中國,2018政府工作報告也提出要壯大數字經濟。在當前時代背景下,構建和發展以數據為關鍵要素的數字經濟、充分發揮數字經濟平臺作用,對于落實政府工作報告中提出的就業優先政策,助力小微企業發展,進而推動我國各項產業與互聯網深度融合,實現經濟的高質量發展具有重要意義。……
