The Existing Difficulties and Countermeasures onthe University—Enterprise Cooperation

【Abstract】This paper uses an entry point that represents the implementation of educating and training outstanding engineers project （the following abbreviations excellence program）， and analyze and solve practical difficulties.

In this paper， the importance of training innovational persons with ability has been more and more obvious in economic development and social progress. Marches into the 21st century， in order to win in the competition， various countries have to train and have a large number of innovative talents as a goal. The purpose of the excellence program is to cultivate the excellent engineers who would face the future and meet the needs of the world. The reason of enterprises full cooperation to meet requirements is not only the need of enterprises determines of engineer training， but also the best meaningful stage for exercise engineers. So the focal point of the Excellent Programs implement is how to have a deep cooperation for the excellent engineer cultivation between schools and enterprises. But in the implementation of Excellent Program， there are many universities and local enterprises to carry out multifaceted cooperation in personnel training. But this kind of cooperation is always tied by some practical difficulties， which makes so many companies have many concerns when they want to involve in personnel training. Since the school of mechanical engineering joins the Excellent Program， the universities excavate the resources of the well-known enterprises in Zhejiang Province， and take various measures to encourage enterprises to actively participate in the cultivation of excellence mechanical engineers. There are some solutions for the problems in implement of excellence program between schools and enterprises， which keep the enterprises enthusiasm for the excellence program， and have the good effects for the training of excellence mechanical engineer.

The business environment is an important factor to cultivate engineering talents， and the quality of enterprise stage training program determines the success or failure of the entire implementation of the plan. When the school of mechanical engineering chooses to have the cooperation with the excellence enterprises， it should select the well-known large enterprises and medium-scale enterprises in the province as partner by considering many links of the cultivation of the talent training. Nevertheless， when the above two kinds of enterprises are cultivating the talents for the school of mechanical engineering， they still face many kinds of problems.

For the well-known large-scale enterprises， general departments and agencies in the enterprises have sound institution， production platforms and management platforms. From the point of view of excellence program requirements， this kind of enterprises meet the basic requirements of the project talents cultivation. These companies have a good awareness of school-enterprise cooperation， thus they formed a set of better personnel training with the colleges by themselves， and they have strict requirements for the students of Excellent Program from the universities， such as let the students who join the internships to sign employment agreements with companies after graduation. For example of the school of mechanical engineering， more than ninety percent of undergraduate students who study and practice in the enterprises choose to stay worked in the enterprise after graduation. However， there are not many enterprises can meet above requirements， because some of them choose to maintain sound cooperation with many universities， and a lot of enterprises only can receive limited number of college students， so they can not meet the needs of the College engineering graduate students.

As far as medium-sized enterprises， the private economy in Zhejiang province is growing very fast， there are large numbers of medium-sized enterprises that can accept more graduates than the large enterprises.
