[摘要]目的 分析精細化健康體檢管理模式在體檢中心的應用效果。方法 選取2016年4月~2017年4月我市體檢中心的54名體檢者作為參照組,采取傳統常規管理模式,選取2017年5月~2018年5月我市體檢中心的54名體檢者作為研討組,采用精細化健康體檢管理模式,比較兩組體檢人員的服務滿意度、對健康知識掌握程度與生活質量評分。結果 兩組體檢者在我市體檢中心體檢結束后,研討組體檢者的服務總滿意度明顯高于參照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);研討組體檢者對健康知識的總知曉率高于參照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);研討組體檢者的生活質量評分明顯高于參照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 通過對體檢中心采取精細化健康體檢管理模式,改善了體檢者的護理滿意度,應用效果理想,在今后的體檢管理工作中值得進一步推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of fine physical examination management mode in physical examination center. Methods A total of 54 physical examinees in the Medical Examination Center of our city from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the control group, which received traditional conventional management mode. A total of 54 physical examinees in the Medical Examination Center of our city from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the seminar group, which received fine physical examination management mode. The service satisfaction, mastery of health knowledge and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared. Results After the physical examination of the two groups, the total satisfaction of the medical examinees in the seminar group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total awareness rate of health knowledge in the seminar group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores in the seminar group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing satisfaction of physical examination patients is improved by adopting the fine management mode of physical examination in physical examination center. The application effect is ideal. It is worth further popularizing in the future physical examination management.

近年來,隨著中國社會的進步與人民生活水平的不斷提高,各類疾病的發生率均有不同程度的提高,體檢作為預防疾病的一個必要手段,愈加被健康生活人士所青睞[1-2]。意識的提高,隨之而來的需求也日益增加,目前各大體檢中心日常接診的人數不斷攀升,管理更應強化[3]。因此在競爭激烈的健康體檢行業中,如何堅守“以人為本,以客戶為尊,以質量為重”的服務理念,為顧客提供優質、精準的服務特別重要[4]。精細化健康體檢管理模式注重各個細微環節,規范體檢流程,提升體檢服務水平[5-6]。本研究主要圍繞精細化健康體檢管理模式在體檢中心的應用進行深入探討,現報道如下。
1資料與方法
1.1一般資料
選取我市體檢中心的108名體檢者作為研究對象,其中2016年4月~2017年4月的54名體檢者作為參照組,2017年5月~2018年5月的54名體檢者作為研討組。參照組中,女25名,男29名;年齡40~72歲,平均(52.57±3.28)歲。研討組中,女28名,男26名;年齡41~73歲,平均(52.39±3.76)歲。兩組體檢者的一般資料比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。所有體檢者均自愿參與本研究,并簽署知情同意書,排除妊娠、哺乳期、重要臟器功能不全、患有精神障礙等人員。本研究已經相關醫學倫理委員會批準。
