管理學科工科化視闕下土地資源管理專業人才培養模式探討

摘 要： 當前，隨著我國經濟的社會發展及新興技術的興起，需要大量具有工程技術與管理能力的高級應用型土地資源管理人才。在管理學科工科化的人才培養視闕下，該文從培養方案、課程建設、實踐教學、管理制度以及效果評價方式等方面提出了綜合改革措施，以期完善土地資源管理專業人才培養模式，為城市化發展背景下土地利用問題的解決提供高水平人才。

Talent Training Mode Reform in Land Resources Management under the View of Engineering Change Management Discipline

Abstracts： At present，China's social and economic development trend and the rise of emerging technologies require a large number of senior management of land resources with engineering and management capabilities. With management discipline engineering personnel training as a perspective，China puts forward several comprehensive reform measures from the training program，curriculum construction，practice teaching，management system and effect evaluation method，attempts to improve the training mode of land resource management professionals，and strives to provide high level talents for the solutions of the land use problems under the background of urbanization.

城市化發展引起的土地利用問題伴隨著土地制度改革，涉及到大量土地資源管理相關工作，如農用地整理復墾、城市土地集約利用、土地測量與登記、土地市場建設、土地利用規劃、土地調查與評價、未利用土地開發等，從而增加了眾多土地資源管理人才的需求。而隨著土地科學理論研究的深入，新興技術在土地管理方面的應用以及土地信息化、工程化、規范化的推進，當今社會更需要兼具工程技術與管理能力的高級應用型土地資源管理人才。“管理學科工科化”是在各種新興技術迅速發展并逐步在管理各個領域廣泛應用的前提下發展起來，將工程類學科的精華吸收到管理類學科的教學過程中，培養綜合性應用型管理人才，這種培養模式將成為土地資源管理專業適應社會發展需求的必然選擇。

1 土地資源管理專業人才培養模式存在的問題

從全國范圍來看，目前共計85所高校開設了土地資源管理本科專業，90所高校設置了碩士點，17所設置了博士點，開設的院校包括農業類、經濟類、地質類、理工類及綜合類大學。……
