在小學英語教學中，我們老師應當精心設計每一課時，以幫助同學們很好的進行英語學習活動，能聽懂、能理解會讀課文，下面就Unit 8 Dolls第一課時進行精心設計，以期與各位同仁們進行交流探討。

一、教學內容Story time

二、教學目標

1.能聽懂、會說、會讀單詞hair，nose，mouth，eyes， ears，long，short， small等。

2.能聽懂、能理解、會讀課文。

3.能用英語簡單描述人和動物的特征。

4.情感目標：通過活動、游戲使學生產生學習英語的興趣；讓學生敢于、樂于開口，積極參與交流。并讓學生在學習的過程中，培養他們的合作意識和競爭意識。

四、教學難點：能用英語簡單描述人物的外貌

六、教學過程

Step 1

1.Free talk

T： Do you like dolls？

S：Yes ，I do.

T：How many dolls do you have？

S：I have....

設計意圖：通過free talk來進日常用語的交流和復習，有意識的引出本課的話題。

Step 2 Presentation

1.T：Boys and girls ，today we will learn a new lesson.Unit8 Dolls.At first，please know the teaching aims and ways ，OK？

2.Learn some new words.

T： Look ！ Whats this？

Guess！

S： eye.

T：Yes ，an eye.read it ，an eye

T：eyes，please read“eyes”....

T： Can you read these words？ （PPT里的單詞eyes ，ears， mouth， nose）

設計意圖：用相應的圖片并且配合實際的動作教授學生新單詞，更加直觀易接受。

3.Play a game：“Touch your…”

T： Now， Lets play a game！ See the rules.

Touch your nose/mouth/eyes/ears.Are you ready？

Ss：（邊說邊做）Nose，nose，nose

設計意圖：通過游戲的方式來鞏固剛剛教授的新單詞，既有趣，又能鞏固新知識。

4.T：Look， Her mouth is small.

Teach：small，small

T：His mouth is big.

T：Teach： big big（The same way to teach： long， short， tall， short，fat，thin）

T：Boys and girls，lets read the new words we just have learned.

……

（設計意圖：及時復習鞏固剛剛學過的形容詞，達到進一步強化的目的。）

5.Watch and answer

T：Please watch the cartoon and tick.

Her hair is （ long / short ）.

Her eyes are （ big / small ）.

Her nose and mouth are （ big/small ）.

His hair is （long / short）.

His eyes and nose are （big / small）.

（設計意圖：利用孩子愛看動畫片的心理，讓學生通過觀看動畫初步感知故事情節，既直觀又可以提升他們的理解力。然后通過第二遍的播放，試做作業紙，以小組合作討論的形式來完成答案的校正與評價。）

6.Happy reading.

以小組為單位，選擇一種喜歡的方式讀一讀課文。

A.Read after one.（跟一個學生讀）

B.Read together.（齊讀）

C.Read in roles.（分角色讀）

（設計意圖：學生選擇自己喜歡的方式來讀課文，從而來培養他們的團隊合作精神。對于語音語調不太準確的，教師進行及時糾正。）

Step3. Consolidation.

1.Introduce your friend.（Use these sentences.）

（設計意圖：此部分就是為了整體鞏固本堂課的所學知識，并且及時檢測學生是否會實際應用。）

2.Be kind to your friends， because：

A friend in need is a friend indeed.（患難見真情！）

（設計意圖：給學生進行情感滲透，讓孩子知道友誼的難能可貴，珍惜愛護自己的朋友同學或家人。）
