營(yíng)造風(fēng)清氣正的良好政治生態(tài)研究

摘 要： 政治生態(tài)關(guān)乎黨心、民心，關(guān)乎民心向背，是國(guó)家、政黨、社會(huì)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和健康發(fā)展的重要條件。黨的十八大以來(lái)，以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央以壯士割腕的勇氣，以刮骨療毒、向死而生的精神，抓作風(fēng)，反腐敗，黨內(nèi)政治生態(tài)得到凈化，廣大干部群眾干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的環(huán)境也明顯改善。但毋庸諱言，在黨內(nèi)政治生態(tài)環(huán)境基本良好的情況下，歪風(fēng)邪氣仍然存在，風(fēng)清氣正的政治生態(tài)建設(shè)仍面臨許多新問(wèn)題、新挑戰(zhàn)。而營(yíng)造風(fēng)清氣正良好政治生態(tài)，需要運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)、整體的思維方法，堅(jiān)持多措并舉、整體推進(jìn)。

Abstract： The political ecosystem concerns the Partys heart and peoples heart， and is related to the heart and soul of the people. It's an important condition for the normal operation and healthy development of the state， the political Party and the society. Since the eighteen Party of the Party， the Party Central Committee， with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core， has the courage of the brave people who cut their wrists， and the spirit of death to scratch the bone to seize on the work-style， to combat corruption， to purify the political ecology within the Party， and to improve the environment for the cadres and the masses of the cadres and the masses to start their business. However， there is no denying that the political ecological environment in the Party is still in good condition， and the political ecological construction is still facing many new problems and new challenges. And creating a clear and healthy atmosphere is a good political ecosystem. We need to use systematic and holistic thinking methods， and persist in taking measures and promoting them as a whole. 政治生態(tài)關(guān)乎黨心、民心，關(guān)乎民心向背，是國(guó)家、政黨、社會(huì)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和健康發(fā)展的重要條件。2014年6月30日，在中共中央政治局第十六次集體學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)，習(xí)近平指出，加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)，必須營(yíng)造一個(gè)良好從政環(huán)境，也就是要有一個(gè)好的政治生態(tài)。此后，他多次強(qiáng)調(diào)政治生態(tài)的重要性：“政治生態(tài)好，人心就順、正氣就足”、“自然生態(tài)要山清水秀，政治生態(tài)也要山清水秀”。[1]黨的十九大報(bào)告再次強(qiáng)調(diào)，要發(fā)展積極健康的黨內(nèi)政治文化，營(yíng)造風(fēng)清氣正的良好政治生態(tài)。政治生態(tài)清明，就會(huì)心齊氣順、政通人和，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展就活力十足；政治生態(tài)污濁，就會(huì)滋生腐敗、民心渙散，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展就死氣沉沉，甚至嚴(yán)重受阻。因此，只有營(yíng)造風(fēng)清氣正的政治生態(tài)，形成良好干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的從政環(huán)境，才能更好地激發(fā)全黨生機(jī)活力，提振干部群眾精神動(dòng)力，從而推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展，為實(shí)現(xiàn)“兩個(gè)一百年”奮斗目標(biāo)、實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。……
