摘要:為了對液壓爬模施工技術在超高層建筑核心筒剪力墻施工中的應用進行研究與分析,以合肥國購廣場二期辦公樓項目為例,對液壓爬模技術的選型、方案設計與施工注意事項進行了研究。結果表明:液壓爬模在超高層建筑施工中的應用能夠有效避免過度吊裝,同時還能進一步加快施工速度。但是在進行超高層建筑液壓爬模施工過程當中建筑結構特征等因素對于液壓爬模施工工藝存在著一定的影響。因此,在進行液壓爬模施工之前必須要做好選型、方案設計等工作,在施工過程當中也必須要高度關注相關注意事項。

Abstract:To study and analyze the application of hydraulic climbing formwork construction in the construction of core-tube shear wall of super high-rise building.
This paper takes the second phase office building project of Guogou Plaza in Hefei as an example to study the selection of hydraulic climbing formwork technology, Program design and construction precautions were studied.
The application of hydraulic climbing formwork in super high-rise building construction can effectively avoid excessive hoisting, and at the same time further accelerate the construction speed. However, the structural characteristics of the building during hydraulic climb construction of super high-rise buildings have some influence on the construction process of hydraulic climb construction.
Before the construction of hydraulic climb construction, it is necessary to do a good job of selection and design, In the construction process must also pay close attention to the relevant precautions.

近年來,隨著我國超高層建筑建設范圍的不斷拓展,爬模的應用也得到了進一步推廣。液壓爬模是現階段使用最為廣泛的爬模施工技術,但由于對液壓爬模施工技術了解不足,導致部分施工技術人員在液壓爬模施工過程中存在多種問題[1-2]。因此,本文以合肥國購廣場二期辦公樓工程液壓爬模施工為例對液壓爬模施工技術要點進行分析。
1 工程概況
合肥國購集團投資建設的國購廣場二期項目(以下簡稱本項目)中的辦公樓為超高層建筑,建筑總高度為213 m,層高為4.2~5.5 m,其中核心筒采用剪力墻結構,外部則采用鋼框架結構,核心筒位置的樓面板為鋼筋混凝土板,外部為鋼桁架。核心筒的剪力墻采用九宮格形式布置,剪力墻結構布置如圖1所示?!?br>
