摘要:為探索基于BIM技術(shù)的四維可視化動態(tài)施工模擬技術(shù)的具體應(yīng)用策略,以某高校圖書館建筑為例,闡述了BIM技術(shù)在施工模擬中的具體應(yīng)用方法,將Project文件與Revit模型通過Autodest Navisworks軟件關(guān)聯(lián)起來,實現(xiàn)施工過程的四維可視化動態(tài)模擬,從而為項目管理者進行施工管理提供了一種全新的方法。結(jié)果表明:基于BIM技術(shù)的四維可視化動態(tài)施工模擬技術(shù)能夠有效實現(xiàn)對施工過程的模擬,并解決傳統(tǒng)模擬軟件所存在的缺陷,因此基于BIM技術(shù)的四維可視化動態(tài)施工模擬技術(shù)應(yīng)該在施工項目中進行大力推廣。

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of the structural complexity of the building and the development of the construction technology, the traditional three-dimensional construction simulation has been unable to meet the demand of construction management, and the four-dimensional visual dynamic construction simulation based on BIM technology is gradually applied to the construction simulation. Taking the construction of a university library as an example, the concrete application of BIM technology in the dynamic construction simulation was demonstrated in this paper. The project file and Revit model were linked by Autodest Navisworks software to realize the four-dimensional visual dynamic construction simulation in the construction process, and this would provides a new way for project managers to carry out construction management. The results show that the four-dimensional visual dynamic construction simulation technology based on BIM technology can effectively simulate the construction process and solve the defects of traditional simulation software. Therefore, the four-dimensional visual dynamic construction simulation technology based on BIM technology should be vigorously carried out in the construction project.

在工程項目施工管理當(dāng)中,管理者所需要考慮的要素相對較多,不僅需要考慮施工技術(shù)、施工工藝、施工材料以及人力資源等要素,還需要考慮施工過程中的其他因素。一直以來,在施工管理當(dāng)中施工進度管理往往依賴于管理人員的經(jīng)驗,并采用橫道圖、網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖等手段作為施工進度管理的輔助手段,精準度存在著較大的差異,無法實現(xiàn)施工質(zhì)量與施工進度的協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一[1]。BIM技術(shù)在施工管理中的應(yīng)用則有效解決了這一問題,通過BIM技術(shù)可以實現(xiàn)對時間維度的有效管理,從而實現(xiàn)真正的動態(tài)施工模擬。
1 工程概況
某高校圖書館地上7層,建筑總高度31.40 m,建筑面積為14 018.6 m2,占地面積2 461.5 m2,結(jié)構(gòu)形式為框架結(jié)構(gòu),基礎(chǔ)形式為PHC樁基礎(chǔ)。
