應用型本科管理學專業經濟法課程教改探索

摘要：經濟法是眾多管理學專業的必修課程。提高經濟法教學質量，推進經濟法教學改革，對于管理學專業人才培養目標的實現有積極的促進作用。按照應用型本科管理學專業人才培養目標，審視當前經濟法教學在課程設計、教學觀念、教學內容與教學手段上的不足，針對現有問題，從修改課程目標，合理安排教學內容，改進教學方法、豐富教學形式，加強能力建設、提高教師素質，尊重學生主體地位，提高學生參與率和獲得感等五個方面提出改進建議。

Abstract：Economic law is the compulsory course of management professional. Improving the teaching quality of economic law and promoting the reform of economic law teaching have a positive effect on the realization of the goal of the training of professional talents. Accroding to the talents training goal of management professional of applied undergraduate，the shortages of current economic law teaching in the course design， teaching idea， teaching content and teaching means were surveyed. Then five improvement suggestions were put forward， such as modifying course objective， arranging the teaching content reasonably， improving teaching methods and diversifying teaching form， strengthening capacity building and improving teachers quality， respecting the principal position of students， as well as improving students sense of participation and access to

成都工業學院是2012年新升格為本科的地方普通高等學校，是“四川省本科院校整體轉型發展改革”試點單位。《成都工業學院章程》中明確學校的辦學定位是“以培養具有現代職業素養，適應地方社會經濟發展和行業技術進步的基層應用性工程技術人才為目標，致力于建設一所特色鮮明的地方高水平應用型高等學校?！迸囵B應用型本科人才是個全新的課題，學校和各教學單位都需要轉變觀念，構建頂層設計，加強綜合改革，才能推動應用型人才培養目標的實現。

根據學校的辦學定位和人才培養目標，成都工業學院經濟與管理學院把人才培養目標確定為應用型，按照教育部、國家發展改革委、財政部《關于引導部分地方普通本科高校向應用型轉變的指導意見》（教發〔2015〕7號）的要求，“以培養適應社會經濟發展所需的應用型管理人才為己任，突出實踐性、綜合性和應用性?！?br>
