摘要:
通過幾何關系推出前束角和外傾角與車輪側滑量的關系,闡述輪胎定位參數(shù)影響輪胎磨損的機理,采用Adams/car分析前輪跳動對前束和外傾的變化,并對外傾角和前束角的匹配及懸架結構進行了優(yōu)化調整,從而減小車輪跳動時外傾角與前束角的匹配誤差。通過對懸架結構硬點優(yōu)化后,跳動前束梯度為-4.81 deg/m,跳動外傾梯度為-13.71 deg/m,根據(jù)外傾角與前束角的匹配關系式得出兩者匹配誤差得到進一步減小。通過匹配計算,前束角和外傾角產(chǎn)生的車輪側偏角在某種程度上可相互抵消,對懸架結構硬點優(yōu)化可以實現(xiàn)二者更合理地匹配,從而減少輪胎的磨損。

Optimization Design of Toe and Camber Front Wheels
of a SUV Reducing Tire Wear

Abstract:
In this paper, the relationship between the toe and camber and the side slip amount of the wheel derived through the geometrical relations. The mechanism of the parameters affecting the tire wear described. The Adams/car used to analyze the changes of front wheel bounce to the toe and camber .The matching of the toe and camber and the suspension structure optimized to reduce the matching error of toe and camber while the wheel is bouncing. After optimizing the hard point of the suspension structure, the toe gradient is -4.81 deg/m, and the camber gradient is -13.71 deg/m. According to the matching relation between the camber and the toe, the matching error is further decreased. Through the matching calculation, the side slip angles generated by the toe and camber can offset each other to some extent. Optimizing the hard point of the suspension structure can achieve a more reasonable match between, the wear of the tires.

汽車在平直公路上行駛時,正外傾會使輪胎向外側偏移,正前束會使輪胎向內(nèi)側偏移。前束是為了克服外傾帶來的不利影響而設置的,前束值與外傾角的合理匹配,可以保證汽車前輪在直線行駛時無側向滑磨。文獻[1]分析了前輪在外傾和前束共同作用下的運動軌跡幾何關系,推導出了外傾角和前束值的匹配公式。
本文以某SUV為研究對象,利用Adams/car建立前懸架虛擬樣機,分析前輪定位參數(shù)隨車輪跳動的變化,并針對前束角和外傾角隨車輪跳動出現(xiàn)的不合理變化,通過多體動力學仿真分析前束角與外傾角的理論匹配關系得出該車型最合理的前束角和與外傾角梯度,為研究前輪前束與外傾的匹配問題提供理論參考。……
