[摘要] 目的 探討PBL聯合CBL教學模式在眼科見習教學中的應用效果。方法 臨床醫學專業本科見習生100名,隨機分成實驗組和對照組,每組50名。實驗組采用PBL聯合CBL的教學模式,對照組采用傳統的教學模式。通過理論考試、臨床考核、問卷滿意度調查評價教學效果。結果 實驗組的學生對PBL聯合CBL教學模式有很高的滿意度,實驗組的理論考試成績和臨床考核成績(82.51±4.25)分、(91.25±2.34)分明顯高于對照組的(73.85±4.45)分、(79.45±2.46)分,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 PBL聯合CBL教學模式明顯提高學生的綜合素質,值得在眼科見習教學中推廣使用。

Study on Practice of PBL Combined with CBL Teaching Model in the Practical Teaching in the Department of Ophthalmology

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching model in the practical teaching in the department of ophthalmology. Methods 100 cases of practical undergraduates in the clinical medical major were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each , the experimental group used the PBL combined with CBL teaching model, and the control group used the traditional teaching mode, and the teaching effect was evaluated by the theoretical examination, clinical examination, and questionnaire. Results The students in the experimental group had a higher satisfactory degree to the PBL and CBL teaching model, and the theoretical examination score and clinical examination score in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group, [(82.51±4.25)points, (91.25±2.34)points vs (73.85±4.45)points, (79.45±2.46)points], and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The PBL combined with CBL teaching model can obviously improve the comprehensive quality of students, which is worth promotion and application in the practical teaching in the department of ophthalmology.

眼科學是醫學專業必修的課程,是臨床醫學中的一門二級學科。眼科學涉及的解剖內容復雜,僅學習課本知識,無法掌握眼部的具體構造[1]。見習生一般都缺乏臨床經驗,無法對眼科疾病有準確的認識,所以眼科教學應更加注重教學方法。PBL(Problem-Based Learning)又叫做問題式學習,是以問題為導向的教學方法,與傳統的教學方式不同,PBL以學生的主動學習為主,將學習與任務掛鉤,使學習者投入其中,通過學習者的自主探究和合作來解決問題,掌握問題背后的科學知識[2]。CBL(Case-based learning)是以案例為基礎的教學法,以典型病例的討論為內容,使學生將理論和臨床應用相結合,對疾病的診治有充分的認識和理解[3]。近年來,這兩種方法被廣泛應用于各學科的教學中,該研究探討PBL聯合CBL教學模式在眼科見習教學中的應用效果,現報道如下。
