[摘要] 目的 綜合分析成立不同護理管理組對醫院護理質量的影響。方法 選取該院2015年5月—2017年5月收治的90例患者,按照入院順序隨機分為實驗組(應用析醫護一體化分層級責任制管理方法,45例)與對照組(應用常規護理管理方法,45例)。另外選取該科室的10名護理工作者作為主體,隨機分為一體化分層級責任制管理小組以及常規護理管理小組,各5名。結果 實驗組患者對護理工作人員的總滿意率顯著高于對照組患者(P<0.05),實驗組患者護理風險發生率顯著低于對照組患者(P<0.05),實驗組護理份量評分顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。結論 不同護理管理組管理能夠充分調動護理工作人員的積極性和主動性,顯著提高醫護人員的配合度,提高優質護理服務質量。

Behavior and Effect of Establishment of Different Nursing Management Groups in Improving the Nursing Quality

[Abstract] Objective To comprehensively analyze the effect of establishment of different nursing management groups in improving the nursing quality. Methods 90 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the experimental group used the layer responsibility management method, while the control group used the routine nursing management method.In addition, 10 nursing workers in the Department were selected as the main body, and they were randomly divided into the integrated stratified responsibility management group and the routine nursing management group, with 5 in eachgroup. Results The total satisfactory rte of patients to the nursing staff in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence rate of nursing risks in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the nursing scores in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Different nursing management groups can fully motivate the enthusiasm and initiative of nursing staff, obviously improve the cooperation of medical staff and improve the excellent nursing service quality.

所謂優質護理服務在臨床中實際上就是一種全新的護理服務模式,在護理的過程中需要從以人為本的角度做好護理基礎工作,以達到深化患者為中心的理念,在當前護理基礎條件下,該院選取2015年5月—2017年5月收治的90例患者為研究對象,根據自身情況成了護理管理小組,以達到提升醫院整體醫療水平的目的,報道如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
選取該院收治的90例醫院患者,按照入院順序隨機分為實驗組(應用成立不同護理管理小組的方法,45例)與對照組(應用常規護理管理方法,45例)。另外選取該科室的10名護理工作者作為主體,隨機分為一體化分層級責任制管理小組以及常規護理管理小組,各5名,兩組在年齡以及性別、學歷等差異無統計學意義。納入標準:①年齡<75歲者;②均接受醫院治療者;③均在知情下參與該次研究者;④經過該醫院倫理委員會批準通過。排除標準:①合并嚴重心肝腎疾病者;②意識障礙者;③中途退出該次研究者。實驗組中有36例男性患者、9例女性患者;平均年齡為(53.22±3.89)歲,平均體重為(60.11±11.25)kg。對照組中有35例男性患者、10例女性患者;平均年齡為(53.25±3.85)歲,平均體重為(60.15±11.22)kg。兩組患者在平均年齡、平均體重、性別比例以及致傷原因等一般資料比較差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。
1.2 方法
1.2.1 對照組 對照組接受常規護理干預,通過由醫院的主管護士根據不同患者的情況安排具體有針對性的工作,責任護理工作者則根據患者手術前后的身體狀況和心理狀況,再采取針對性的護理措施。……
