Tang Lan’sSanshutheory (The three categories of Chinese characters) breaks through the limitation of the traditionalLiushutheory (The six categories of Chinese characters) and constructs a new theoretical system. It is the most important theoretical achievement in the history of philology in 20thcentury and plays a leading role in the following study of philology.There are three maior problems in the research of Tang Lan’sSanshutheory： first，it did not give full attention to his theory about the generation and stages of characters；secondly，it misunderstood that Mr.Tang attached theSanshutheory to the three elements of characters(form，sound and meaning)；the third，it only paid attention to theSanshutheory while ignoredLiuji(The six approaches of the evolution of Chinese characters).Many discussions lack a full，comprehensive and accurate grasp and understanding of Tang Lan’s theoretical system，which leads to the stagnation of understanding and research on Tang Lan’s Sanshu theory.

As the products of human isolation，both the international public law in the West and the patriarchal vassal System in the East were originally not universal.In terms of the implementation and influence areas，they can only be called regional norms of international relations.To be precise，the former can only be called European public law，while the latter is oriental international relations system centered on China.Although those international systems were different in cultural traditions，actor status and maintaining system，their evolution from parallel to the cross shows that the eastern countries were forced to become involved in the process of world integration after they failed in resistance.

——Viewing the Historical Limitations of Constitutional Intellectuals in Late Qing from the “New Style Comments”

As a wildly used “new style comments”，the overall features and historical limitations of political comments in Late Qing is always covered by Liang Qichao’s distinctive writing style and his own achievements.Through the comprehensive investigations of the Eastern Miscellany，the very representative of the “New Style Comments” in constitutional movement in Late Qing，it is easy to find the remains of habit of this old mode of discourse in the new style comment which advocates constitutional improvements as the general subject，and the typical feature of this mode of discourse is not to do the mass enlightenment but to adopt a discourse posture of memorializing to the emperor and the coax strategy.This habit of mode of discourse not only shows the “New Style Comments” in Late Qing is not a complete liberation of style，but also boldly exposes the historical limitations of the constitutional intellectuals and the deep trouble in the process of China’s modernization.

As another innovation of our country’s rural land system，The essence of “ three rights division” is，under the premise of insisting on the rural collective ownership unchanged，to separate the contract and management rights，thus to make management right flexible and increase farmers’ property income.Based on the analysis of “subdivision of property rights—transfer of functions—innovation of capitalization of rural land”，the paper tries to clarify the logic in the change of rural land system and the mechanism that the capitalization of rural land makes the function of land transfer.It concludes that farmers’ land empowerment should be strengthened，the way to capitalize rural land is specific to certain regions，and the key is to optimize and coordinate the distribution of interests among different subjects in the process of rural land capitalization.
