綜合護理在妊娠期高血壓疾病患者產后護理中的應用價值研究

【摘要】 目的：分析綜合護理干預在妊娠期高血壓疾病患者產后護理中的應用價值。方法：對照分析本院86例妊娠期高血壓疾病患者在不同護理方法下的臨床效果。結果：在心理健康狀況方面，護理前兩組對比差異均無統計學意義（P>0.05），護理后觀察組評分均顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）；在血壓方面，兩組產后24 h內血壓對比差異均無統計學意義（P>0.05），產后24～48 h內、產后48 h后兩組患者血壓狀況明顯好轉，觀察組優于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；在并發癥方面，觀察組發生率為6.98%，對照組發生率27.91%，觀察組低于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：綜合護理在妊娠期高血壓疾病患者產后護理的應用可有效改善患者心理狀態，減少并發癥，具有較高的應用價值，應在臨床推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in postpartum nursing of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Method：The clinical effects of 86 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy under different nursing methods were analyzed.Result：There were no significant differences in the mental health status between two groups before treatment（P>0.05），the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment（P<0.05）.In the blood pressure，there were no significant differences between two groups within 24 h（P>0.05），the blood pressures at postpartum 24-48 h and after 48 h of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P<0.05）.The incidence of complications of the observation group was 6.98%，the control group was 27.91%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of comprehensive nursing in postpartum nursing of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can improve the mental state and reduce the complication.It has a high application value and should be popularized in clinical practice.

妊娠期高血壓疾病是嚴重危害產婦及新生兒健康的疾病，可提高圍產期病率和死亡率。我國妊娠期高血壓疾病發病率在10%左右，主要表現為高血壓、水腫、頭痛、蛋白尿、視力障礙、抽搐等，甚至會累及身體各重要臟器功能[1-3]。當前對妊娠期高血壓疾病的發病機制尚不明確，但根據研究顯示，科學、合理的全方位護理措施可有效降低這一疾病對產婦的影響[4]。為降低這一疾病的影響，對2016年

4月-2017年6月在本院診治的86例妊娠期高血壓疾病患者進行了綜合護理方面的研究，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 選取2016年4月-2017年6月在本院診治的86例妊娠期高血壓疾病患者作為研究對象，根據護理方法的不同分為觀察組和對照組。觀察組43例，年齡22～32歲，平均（26.39±4.13）歲；

孕周27～36周，平均（32.05±3.97）周；體重50～62 kg，平均（54.09±4.31）kg；其中初產婦32例，經產婦11例；血壓140～160/90～110 mm Hg者29例，160/110 mm Hg以上者14例；其中8例患者出現凝血功能高凝狀態。對照組43例，年
