微信平臺在腫瘤化療PICC置管患者全程護理中的應用研究

【摘要】 目的：基于微信平臺的全程護理對腫瘤患者化療PICC置管自我維護的應用效果。方法：按照隨機數字表法將60例PICC置管腫瘤患者分為試驗組30例和對照組30例。試驗組予微信平臺的全程護理進行PICC維護指導，對照組按常規方法給予PICC維護指導，比較兩組的效果。結果：試驗組PICC導管相關并發癥發生率低于對照組（P<0.05），試驗組患者滿意度高于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：基于微信平臺的全程護理運用于腫瘤患者的PICC導管自我維護指導可降低患者導管相關并發癥的發生率，提高患者滿意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of WeChat platform in the full-course nursing on the self-maintenance of PICC in patients with chemotherapy.Method：Sixty patients with PICC catheter were divided into the experimental group（n=30） and the control group（n=30）.The experimental group was guided by PICC maintenance for the continuity care of WeChat platform in the full-course nursing，and the control group was given PICC maintenance guidance according to the conventional method，the effects of two groups were compared.Result：The incidence of complications associated with PICC catheter of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：PICC catheter self-maintenance guidance for WeChat platform in the full-course nursing can reduce the incidence of catheter-related complications and improve patients satisfaction.

經外周靜脈穿刺中心靜脈置管（PICC）為腫瘤患者提供了一條有效的靜脈通路，可減少各種藥物對患者機體外周靜脈形成的刺激，防止化療藥物從管內外滲導致靜脈炎以及患者的組織壞死[1-2]。但研究發現在使用過程中，腫瘤患者PICC導管相關并發癥發生率高達30%～40%[3-4]。全程護理是通過現代化的信息工具如E-mail、信函、電話及微信等形式實現的一種護理服務模式，具有全程式和開放式的特點，包括評估、計劃、執行及評價來選擇醫療服務，保證了住院與出院后的護理連續過程，滿足患者的健康需求，達到高質量的治療效果[5]。本院嘗試采用微信平臺（微信公眾號和微信群）對PICC置管化療出院患者進行干預4個月，取得了較好的效果，并發癥和非計劃拔管發生率下降了，減輕了患者痛苦，降低了醫療費用，提高了生活質量，保障了治療的順利完成，并提高了療效，這一干預方法值得臨床推廣。現報道如下

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 選擇2016年1-12月在本院住院期間使用美國巴德Site～Rite5（視銳5）超聲引導系統置入巴德三向瓣膜單腔4F PICC導管化療的出院患者60例。……
