阿克蘇地區果品產業發展現狀及對策

摘要 立足阿克蘇地區自然條件，分析了阿克蘇地區果品生產、貯藏和加工現狀及果品產業發展存在的問題，提出阿克蘇地區果品產業發展的對策建議：優化區域布局，改善品種結構，注重品牌效應，加大品牌宣傳力度，提高科技含量，緊跟國家、自治區、地區等政策發展進程，以推進全地區經濟又好又快發展。

Development Status and Countermeasures of Fruit Industry in Akesu

Abstract Based on the natural conditions in Aksu area，combined with the fruit production，storage and processing status，the problems existing in the development of fruit industry were analyzed.Suggestions on the development of fruit industry in Akesu were put forward：Akesu should optimize regional distribution and improve variety structure， pay attention to the brand effect， strengthen the brand propaganda， improve the scientific and technological content， followed by the national， autonomous regions and regions for policy development process， to achieve the whole area economy to develop better and faster.

果品產業是阿克蘇地區重要的傳統優勢產業，產值超過糧食位居第一，競爭優勢強，綜合效益好。果品產業的快速發展，對于推動農業結構調整，促進農村經濟發展，增加農民收入以及加快社會主義新農村建設具有重要作用。近年來，阿克蘇地區果品產業的發展取得了顯著成效，但也面臨著許多問題和挑戰。因此，分析阿克蘇地區果品產業的發展現狀，探討果品產業發展中存在的主要問題，提出果品產業發展的對策與建議，具有重大的現實意義。

1 阿克蘇地區果品產業現狀

1.1 阿克蘇地區果品生產情況

1.1.1 歷年水果生產情況。2002—2012年，阿克蘇地區果樹播種面積呈現出先快速增加后緩慢增長的變化，其中2006—2011年增長最快，年遞增21.28%，隨后增長較為平緩。但總產量、單位面積產量和人均占有量則均呈快速增長態勢（圖1）。

2012年阿克蘇地區果品播種面積360 174.3 hm2，比上年增加了041%；總產量2 207 896 t，比上年增加了15.3%，人均占有8773 kg；外銷果品約141.3萬t，占比87.2%；總產值549 371.4萬元，比上年增加了6.1%。其中紅棗面積174 997.3 hm2，比上年增加了0.62%，產量755 763 t，比上年增加了25.5%；……
