摘要 [目的]比較遼寧雛蝗(Chorthippus liaoningensis Zheng)3個不同地理種群(長白山種群、敦化種群、漠河種群)的染色體核型及C帶帶型。[方法]染色體常規壓片法制片,使用BSG法處理染色體C帶顯帶。[結果]遼寧雛蝗3個不同地理種群具有相同性別決定機制XO型,相同染色體數目2n(♂)=17,NF=23。3個地理種群染色體組式相似,染色體核型相同都為“1C”核型。在C帶帶型方面,3個地理種群的C帶帶型都比較單一,都僅具有著絲粒帶。在異染色質總含量方面三者存在著差異。[結論]基于3個地理種群染色體核型及C帶帶型的特點,說明3個不同地理種群的遼寧雛蝗為同一種,但因為地理位置不同,同種內不同地理種群染色體C帶帶型存在一定差異。

Chromosome Analysis in different Populations of Chorthippus liaoningensis Zheng in China

Abstract [Objective] The aim was to compare chromosomal karyotypes and C-banding karyotypes of Chorthippus liaoningensis Zheng in three geographic populations. [Method] BSG method was used to carry out the banding treatment. [Result] The three geographic populations had the same chromosomal karyotypes of “1C” type and the same sex-determining mechanism of XO and the same chromosome number 2n(♂)=17 with NF=23. In C-banding, the three geographic populations all had centromeric band with different heterochromatin content. [Conclusion] In view of the chromosome karyotypes and the characteristics of C-banding, the three geographic populations are the same specie. Because the distinct geographical environments, slight differences in C-banding karyotypes are apparent among the three populations.

染色體是遺傳物質基因的載體,其各種特性包括染色體數目、形態及分裂過程的狀態都有物種的特異性,可以用染色體確定物種的分類地位及物種與物種之間的親緣關系。目前,染色體核型及C帶帶型研究在確定物種分類地位及親緣關系方面得到了廣泛的應用[1-3]。染色體C帶帶型可用作屬級分類階元的比較分析[4],也可用作種間關系的對比[5],還可用作種內水平種群親緣關系和雜交帶的種群細胞遺傳的研究。Bugrov等[6]研究了日本北海道Podisma sapporensis 的2個染色體種群的C帶核型。Shaw等[7]分析比較了Caledia captiva的4個染色體種群的C帶核型,并對其種群細胞遺傳進行了研究。馬恩波等[8]比較分析了不同地域種群山稻蝗染色體C帶核型。……
