對當前高校學生勤工助學的新認識

摘 要 面對我國高等教育蓬勃發展的今天，加大對學生德育的比重日趨緊迫。勤工助學作為高校德育的實施手段之一，可以有效地強化學生的實踐動手能力與人際溝通的能力。近些年，隨著大學生逐漸形成以“九零后”為主的群體，從事勤工助學的學生群體無論從性質還是數量都悄然發生了變化。本文擬結合自己的工作，闡述在從事管理工作中遇到的困難并展開討論。此外，教育部與財政部于2007年聯合印發的《高等學校勤工助學管理辦法》的出臺為高校勤工助學工作指明了方向，筆者就自己的實際工作，提出一些自己的新認識。

A New Understanding of College Students' Work Study

——Take College of Science and Technology of China Three Gorges University as an example

Abstract With the vigorous development of China's higher education， the proportion of students' moral education is becoming more and more urgent. As one of the means of moral education in Colleges and universities， work study can effectively strengthen students' practical ability and interpersonal communication ability. In recent years， with the gradual formation of college students to "90s" main groups， engaged in the work of student groups， regardless of the nature or quantity has quietly changed. In this paper， combined with their own work， described in the management of the difficulties encountered in the work and discuss. In addition， the Ministry of education and the Ministry of Finance in 2007 jointly issued the "higher school work study management measures" has pointed out the direction for the work， the actual work， put forward a new understanding of their own.

隨著我國高等教育大眾化的逐步推進，高等教育的受眾面越來越廣，為國家的發展和社會的進步提供了大批人才。但其弊端也逐漸暴露出來，學歷的貶值帶來的大學生就業難成了最為現實的一個問題。

勤工助學是一種學生通過自己的勞動改變學習環境的社會實踐活動，可以有效地提高學生的實踐動手能力和人際溝通能力，是推進高校德育的重要手段之一。

1 高校勤工助學管理遇到的新問題

受國家計劃生育政策的影響，“九零后”這一代普遍為獨生子女。他們的成長伴隨著中國實施改革開放政策，見證了中國社會發生巨變，物質條件極大地豐富，人民生活水平極大地提高。有人形容這一代是在“蜜罐”中長大的，認為他們是“衣來伸手飯來張口”的一代。……
