摘 要 “快樂體育”是一種體育運動理念,在體育教學中將“快樂體育”理念融入其中,有助于調整學生的心態,對體育教學予以新的定位,隨著充滿樂趣的體育教學展開,學生對體育課的參與意識就會得以激發。體育教學的目的不僅是培養學生的身體素質,還要提高學生的心理素質,確保學生身心健康。在體育教學中開展快樂教學,可以讓教學本著“健康第一”的教育理念展開,以培養學生對體育運動的興趣,終身體育鍛煉意識。本論文針對體育游戲在體育教學中的運用進行探究。

0 引言
傳統的體育教學都是以體育訓練為主,體育教師嚴格地按照規定進行半軍事化體育教學,讓學生在體育課上不僅感覺疲累不堪,而且會產生心理壓力?,F行的體育教學目標是培養具有較高體育綜合素質的人才。這就需要快樂體育理念在開展體育教學中,要發揮提高學生身體素質的作用,而且對體育鍛煉產生積極意識,能夠利用體育課緩解自身的文化課學習壓力,使學生的身心達到平衡。將快樂體育教學模式引入到體育教學中,有助于學生身心健康,對培養學生的綜合素質,促進其全面發展意義重大。
1 快樂體育的現狀
1.1 我國快樂體育實施中的相關問題
所謂的“快樂體育”,就是讓學生在體育課中感到放松,身心愉悅??鞓敷w育本身就是一種教學理念。讓學生將文化課程學習的緊張情緒在體育課中得以釋放?!?br>
