摘要基于建筑施工企業的市場結構和建筑行業的特點,提煉出建筑業農民工五大群體特征,進而從培訓時間和內容、培訓主辦方及培訓方式、對培訓教師滿意程度、對培訓效果的評價和技能獲得方式5個方面對農民工參加培訓展開調研分析。在此基礎上,提出了提升農民工技能培訓效果的建議,主張推行學習團隊組織形式,探討個性化培訓需求的解決方案,切實有效地提升培訓效果。

Study on Characteristic and Vocational Training of Construction Industry Migrant Workers——The Case of Construction Industry

AbstractBased on the character of enterprise market structure and feature of construction industry, extract the five group features of construction migrant worker. Skills training situation have been investigated and analyzed to summarize the migrant workers group characteristics, which is training time and content arrangement, organizer and method, the satisfaction degree to trainer, evaluation conclusion of training effect and acquisition pattern of vocational skill. This paper put forward the improve effect advice of migrant worker skill training, advocate the learning team organizational form, discuss the solution of personalized customization needs. All of these measures will be helpful to improve and enhance the migrant workers training effect.

我國的城市化是21世紀影響世界的事件之一[1]。我國城鎮人口比重以年均1%的速度增長,從1978年的17.90%攀升到2014年的54.77%。每年新增的1 600萬城鎮人口約需要3 000億元的城鎮建設投資。這筆投資成為建筑業持續快速增長的發動機。2008—2014年我國建筑業總產值年均增長32.09%(以2007年建筑業產值為基準),城鎮人口比重與建筑業發展間呈現出緊密的相關性。建筑業是我國國民經濟的支柱產業,也是農民工進城務工所選擇的主要行業。在施工企業的金字塔型結構中,農民工以勞務輸出的方式密集進入施工行業[2]。筆者基于調查分析,提煉出建筑業農民工五大群體特征,剖析了農民工的職業培訓狀況及存在問題,提出了推行學習團隊、實施個性需求等措施來提升培訓效果的建議。
