青皮木的空中分段壓條繁殖技術研究

摘要[目的]研究青皮木的空中分段壓條繁殖技術。[方法]以野生青皮木為試材，選擇2年生健壯枝條，以吲哚丁酸（IBA）和根動力1號為促根劑進行了高空分段壓條繁殖，研究壓條時間和生根劑對青皮木生根的影響。[結果]秋季壓條效果好于春季，采用IBA 800 mg/L壓條生根率達到83%。[結論]該研究可為野生青皮木的引種馴化提供科學依據。

Study on Technology of the Airsublayering Propagation of Schoepfia jasmirodora

Abstract[Objective]To study the technology of airsublayering propagation of Schoepfia jasmirodora. [Method]Taking Schoepfia jasmirodora as test material， the propagation of airsublayering of wild Schoepfia jasmirodora was studied by using 2yearold strong branches as materials with IBA and the No.1 root motivation， the effects of layering time and rooting agent on Schoepfia jasmirodora was studied. [Result]The results showed that layering effect in autumn was better than in the spring. The layering rooting rate reached 83% by using IBA 800 mg/L. [Conclusion]The study can provide a reference for the introduction and domestication of wild Schoepfia jasmirodora.

青皮木（Schoepfia jasmirodora）屬鐵青樹科青皮木屬，落葉小喬木，分布于秦嶺以南各省區[1]。其新葉為古銅色，4—5月開粉紅色花，花后結紅艷的果實，具有良好的園林觀賞性。陳金鳳[2]對青皮木和同屬植物華南青皮木（Schoepfia chinensis）木材進行了解剖研究，江國治[3]進行了青皮木的播種試驗和苗期觀察。江治國[3]的報道和筆者進行的野外調查均發現青皮木自然萌發更新的小苗數量極少，且鮮采的種子播種后發芽率極低，難以開展引種馴化工作。

壓條是將未脫離母株的枝條在預定的部位進行環狀剝皮，以濕潤的土壤、苔蘚等材料包裹被切傷部位使其生根而獲得新種苗的一種傳統繁殖方法[4-9]。空中分段壓條就是利用壓條的原理，將枝條分幾段進行壓條。雜交榛（Corylus heterophylla ×C.avellana）的空中分段壓條繁殖表明，該方法可以提高枝條的利用效率和繁殖系數[10]。筆者在2012年9月—2013年4月進行了2次青皮木空中分段壓條試驗，以期為青皮木的引種和園林應用提供科學依據。……
