摘要[目的]利用傅里葉變換紅外光譜法(FT-IR法)鑒別中藥材海金沙的正品及其摻偽品。[方法]在合適的條件下(光譜范圍:4000~400 cm-1;分辨率:4 cm-1;透過率:0~100%;掃譜次數:32次;速度:0.632 9 cm/s;檢測器:DTGSKBr;Thermo scientific EZ OMNIC儀器系統操作軟件;圖譜修正:水和二氧化碳;背景光譜管理:采集樣品前采集背景),利用FT-IR法測定海金沙樣品及其摻偽品的紅外吸收譜圖,并做比較。[結果]各海金沙樣品的紅外光譜圖基本一致,海金沙的黃土摻偽品和海金沙的蒲黃摻偽品的紅外吸收圖譜與海金沙的紅外吸收圖譜存在明顯差別。該試驗方法的精密度、重復性及穩定性考察合格。[結論]此方法簡便、準確,可用于中藥材海金沙正品及其摻偽品的鑒別。

Identification of Quality Goods and Adulterants of Traditional Chinese Medicine Lygodium japonicum(Thunb.)Sw by FTIR

Abstract[Objective] The research aimed to identify quality goods and its adulterant of traditional Chinese medicine Lygodium japonicum by FTIR method.[Method] Under the right conditions (spectral range:4000-400 cm-1; resolution:4 cm-1; transmittance:0-100%;sweep frequency spectrum:32 times; speed:0.6329 cm/s; detector:DTGSKBr; Thermo scientific EZ OMNIC instrument system operating software; spectrum correction:water and carbon dioxide; background spectrum management:sampling samples before background) using FT-IR to measure the infrared absorption spectrums of Lygodium japonicum samples and its adulterant,and then compare them.[Result] The infrared spectra of each sample of Lygodium japonicum were basically the same.There were obvious difference between infrared spectra of quality goods and its adulterants.The precision,repeatability and stability test of the experimental method were qualified.[Conclusion] This method is simple and accurate and could use to identify quality goods and its adulterants of Lygodium japonicum.

海金沙為海金沙科海金沙屬蕨類植物海金沙[Lygodium japonicum(Thunb.) Sw]的干燥成熟孢子,別名左轉藤、鐵線藤、蛤蟆藤等[1]。秋季孢子未脫落時采割藤葉,曬干,揉搓或打下孢子,除去藤葉[2]。海金沙主要分布于我國華南及西南地區,喜生于陰涼山坡灌叢或林緣,具有清利濕熱、通淋止痛的功效,對于各種淋癥療效顯著,現在臨床上主要用于治療尿路結石、尿路感染、腎結石、腎炎水腫、帶狀皰疹等[3]。
正品海金沙孢子為棕黃色或淺棕黃色粉末,極輕,滑潤,手捻光滑,置于手掌中即由指縫滑落,撒于火上即發出輕微爆鳴聲及明亮的火焰[3]。由于海金沙藥用價值較高,又屬于極易摻假的品種[4],部分商家為了牟取更大的利潤,經常會在海金沙中摻入與海金沙相似的細砂土、蒲黃、松花粉和植物纖維[5]等制成摻偽品。……
