摘要[目的]研究西地碘粉對小鼠的經口急性毒性。[方法]選用清潔級ICR小鼠60只,采用寇氏法進行急性毒性試驗,觀察小鼠西地碘粉急性中毒癥狀,并測定西地碘粉經口給藥對小鼠的LD50。[結果]小鼠經口給藥后的急性中毒癥狀主要包括:給藥后15 min,高劑量組小鼠出現精神沉郁,被毛粗亂無光,并逐漸轉入抑制,反應遲鈍、不食、麻痹。0.5~1.0 h后有小鼠出現呼吸困難,伴隨脖頸伸直、食欲廢絕;3 h后開始出現死亡,小鼠死亡前出現驚厥、抽搐、震顫等神經癥狀。急性死亡發生于給藥后3~24 h。中毒死亡后剖檢發現中毒癥狀主要表現為對肝臟的損傷,其次是肺和心臟。根據各劑量組死亡率,計算出西地碘粉對小鼠的急性經口LD50為4 972.75 mg/kg.,其LD50 95%可信限為4 382.77~5 642.16 mg/kg。[結論]西地碘粉對小鼠的經口LD50介于501~5 000 mg/kg,屬于低毒性藥物。

Study on the Acute Toxicity of Cydiodine Powder

Abstract[Objective] To study the oral acute toxicity of cydiodine powder on mice.[Method] 60 cleanlevel ICR mice were selected to make acute toxicity test by using Korbor method.The acute toxicity symptoms of cydiodine powder on mice were observed, and its LD50 on mice by oral administration was determined.[Result]The acute toxicity symptoms of cydiodine powder on mice were as follows: after drug administration 15 min, mice in highdose group had depressed spirit, disordered clothing hair, slow response, paralysis and loss of appetite; After drug administration 0.5-1.0 h, mice had difficult breathing, accompanied by straight neck and loss of appetite; After drug administration 3 h, mice began to die and eclampsia, convulsion, tremor and other neural symptoms appeared before the death of mice.And the acute death occurred after drug administration 3-24 h.It was observed through autopsy that the main manifestation of poisoning symptoms was the damage to liver, followed by the damage to lung and heart.According to the death rate in each dose group, the acute oral LD50 of cydiodine powder on mice was 4 972.75 mg/kg, 95% confidence limit of LD50 was 4 382.77-5 642.16 mg/kg.[Conclusion]The oral LD50 of cydiodine powder on mice was between 501-5 000 mg/kg, belonging to low-toxicity drug.

在眾多的消毒劑中,碘制劑因其消毒效果好、毒副作用低、刺激性小、無殘留[1-2]以及無生態毒性等優點而被廣泛應用。其中,聚維酮碘和季銨鹽碘目前已在臨床上廣泛使用[3]。但是,有機絡合碘制品有效碘釋放率較低、環境消毒成本高,制約了其在獸醫臨床上的推廣應用[4]。西地碘粉是山東省農業科學院與山東昊泰科技藥業有限公司于2010年研發的具有超分子結構的消毒劑,具有有效碘含量高、質量穩定等優點。筆者選用60只清潔級ICR小鼠,采用寇氏法進行了西地碘粉的急性毒性研究?!?br>
