摘要[目的]拓寬棉花品種遺傳基礎(chǔ),選育棉花新品種。[方法]通過(guò)對(duì)11個(gè)棉花品種生育期、農(nóng)藝性狀、抗病性以及豐產(chǎn)性狀進(jìn)行綜合分析,選育綜合性狀優(yōu)良的新品種。[結(jié)果] 豐產(chǎn)性狀:籽棉產(chǎn)量最高的是HA419,其次是HA417, 最低的是HA310,次低的是HA420和HA116。經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀:籽指最高的是HA310,最低的是HA420;衣分最高的是HA417,其次是 HA421和HA418,最低的是H39。[結(jié)論]品系HA417、HA419、HA421具有較高的推廣價(jià)值;品系HA416、HA310、HA420可不再進(jìn)入下一年度試驗(yàn);其余可以繼續(xù)試驗(yàn)以驗(yàn)證該品系的特征特性。

Comparative Experiment on New Hybrid Cotton Varieties

Abstract[Objetive] To broaden the hereditary basis of cotton varieties and select new varieties. [Method]Based on the comprehensive analysis about growing period, agronomic traits, disease resistance and high yield of 11 cotten varieties, the new varieties were compared.[Result]As for high yield, cotton yield of HA419 was the highest, HA417 was the second highest,HA310 was the lowest,HA420 and HA416 are the second lowest.As for economic traits, seed index of HA310 was the highest, the lowest was HA420.The highest lint percent was HA417, followed by HA421 and HA418, the lowest was H39. [Conclusion] The varieties HA417, HA419 and HA421 have a high value of popularization. The varieties HA416, HA310 and HA420 can no longer participate in test in the next year, and the rest can continue to test to verify the characteristics of the varieties.

棉花是我國(guó)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)作物之一 ,在種植業(yè)中起著舉足輕重的作用[1]。近年來(lái),隨著科技興農(nóng)進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),雜交品種及其配套技術(shù)得到廣泛應(yīng)用,棉花產(chǎn)量不斷提高。但在一些地區(qū)由于新技術(shù)難以得到推廣實(shí)施,要擴(kuò)大此類地區(qū)雜交種的使用面積,必須篩選出一批抗旱性、抗逆性強(qiáng)的新品種(系)。鑒于此,筆者于2015年進(jìn)行了棉花不育雜交組合品比試驗(yàn),以期為篩選、鑒定目前生產(chǎn)條件下有關(guān)培育單位育成的不育雜交棉新品系的抗蟲(chóng)性、豐產(chǎn)性及抗病性提供理論依據(jù)[2-6]。
1材料與方法
1.1試驗(yàn)材料試驗(yàn)于2015年在山東濟(jì)寧農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究院試驗(yàn)農(nóng)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行,土壤類型為中壤土,肥力中等。參試品種11個(gè),均為山東省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院棉花所提供的雜交高代穩(wěn)定材料,性狀表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異,新品系編號(hào)依次為HA415、14HA31、HA416、HA417、HA310、HA418、HA420、HA419、HA422、HA421、H39,對(duì)照品種14HA31。
1.2試驗(yàn)方法試驗(yàn)小區(qū)行長(zhǎng)4.80 m,行距0.90 m,株距0.32 m,5行區(qū),重復(fù)3次,隨機(jī)區(qū)組排列,小區(qū)面積21.6 m2,密度34 725株/hm2。……
