廣西甘蔗品種比較試驗

摘要[目的]綜合評價甘蔗新品種的豐產性、穩定性和適應性，篩選出適合廣西蔗區種植的甘蔗新品種。[方法]以廣西主栽甘蔗品種新臺糖22號（CK1）和新臺糖16號（CK2）為對照，于2009—2010年對10個參試甘蔗品種在南寧、柳州、河池、百色、賀州、來賓、龍州和合浦8個區試點進行2年新植1年宿根甘蔗新材料的比較試驗，對其綜合性狀進行評價。[結果]10個參試品種中，桂糖02-281和桂糖03-2357的蔗莖產量表現突出，分別比對照CK1增產18.76%和7.46%，比對照CK2增產26.17%和14.16%；蔗糖分表現最佳的為桂糖03-1403，分別比CK1和CK2高1.15%和1.10%；桂糖02-281、桂糖03-2357、桂糖03-1403、桂糖02-1156的含糖量均比對照高5.00%以上。參試材料中，柳城04-12的產量分別比CK1和CK2減產10.85%和5.29%，含糖量分別比CK1和CK2減少10.70%和3.10%，表現較差。[結論]桂糖02-281在2009—2010年區域試驗中綜合表現最優，具有高產、穩產、宿根性好、有效莖數多等特性，適宜在廣西不同蔗區推廣種植。

Comparision Trial of Guangxi Sugarcane Varieties

Abstract[Objective]The high yield performance，adaptability and yield stability of sugarcane varieties were comprehensively evaluated in order to select the new sugarcane varieties for plant in different ecological climate zone in Guangxi.[Method]ROC22 （CK1） and ROC16 （CK2） were the controls which were the main planting sugarcane varieties in Guangxi.The comparative test of two plant crops and one root crop for 10 new sugarcane varieties were conducted at Nanning，Liuzhou，Hechi，Baise，Hezhou，Laibin，Longzhou and Hepu in Guangxi during 2009-2010.[Result] The cane yield of GT02281 and GT032357 were the standouts performance in the 10 clones，respectively，which were 18.76% and 7.46% higher than CK1，which were 26.17% and 14.16% higher than CK2.The highest sucrose content was GT031403 which was 1.15% and 1.10% than CK1 and CK2.The sugar yield of GT02281，GT032357，GT031403 and GT021156 were higher than 5.00%.In all of 10 varieties，LC0412 was the poor performance，respectively，which was 10.85% and 5.29% lower than CK1 and CK2，and the sugar yield which was 10.70% and 3.10% lower than CK1 and CK2.[Conclusion] GT02281 show the good performance with high yield，stability yield，good ratoon ability and more millable stalks in regional trial of Guangxi sugarcane varieties during 20092010，and which can be recommended for sugarcane production in Guangxi.

新品種選育是甘蔗生產中的關鍵環節，而甘蔗品種區域試驗是鑒定新品種豐產性、穩定性、抗逆性、適應性的技術手段[1-3]，是育種成果迅速轉化為現實生產力的重要環節[4]。近年來，廣西農業科學院甘蔗研究所通過常規育種選育出多個表現優異的甘蔗新品種[5-12]。為進一步探討廣西已育成或引入的新品種（系）在廣西各生態區域的適應性，筆者根據品種培育的技術程序，于2009—2010年開展廣西甘蔗品種區域試驗，綜合評價參試材料的豐產性、穩定性、適應性等，為廣西甘蔗新品種的審定和推廣提供科學依據。……
