音樂療法聯合護理干預對婦產科擇期手術患者家屬焦慮的影響*

【摘 要】目的:探討音樂療法聯合護理干預對婦產科擇期手術患者家屬焦慮的影響,為積極促進家屬心理健康提供科學參考依據。方法:將130名婦產科擇期手術患者家屬,隨機分為對照組和干預組,對干預組實施音樂療法聯合護理干預,對照組采取常規護理,手術前后均采用焦慮自評量表進行調查。結果:①130名家屬SAS得分為(60.26±6.8),高于中國常模(t=51.094,P＜0.01);②干預后,76名家屬處于焦慮狀態,無焦慮的患者家屬增加了41.53%,輕度、中度、重度焦慮的患者家屬分別減少了3.07%,24.61%和13.85%;與對照組相比,干預組SAS得分較低(t=2.336,P＜0.01)。結論:與中國常模比較,婦產科擇期手術患者家屬焦慮程度較高,音樂療法聯合護理干預能有效緩解擇期手術患者家屬焦慮情緒。

Effect of Music Therapy Combined with Nursing Intervention on the Anxiety of Family Members of Selective Surgery Patients for Gynecology and Obstetrics

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of music therapy combined with nursing intervention on the anxiety of family members of selective surgery patients for gynecology and obstetrics,in order to provide scientific reference basis for actively promoting mental health of the family members.Methods:130 family members of selective surgery patients for gynecology and obstetrics were randomly divided into 2 groups.We implemented the music therapy combined with nursing intervention on the intervention group and implement conventional nursing on the control group.We used Self-Rating anxiety scale(SAS)for investigation before and after operation.Results:①130 family members 'score of SAS was 60.26±6.8,which was higher than the Chinese norm(t=51.904,P＜0.01)②After the intervention,76 family members were anxious and the number of patients'family members who were not anxious increased by 41.53%.The number of the patients'family members who had mild anxiety,moderate anxiety and severe anxiety decreased by 3.07%,24.61% and 13.85%.Compared with the control group,the intervention group's score of SAS was lower(t=2.336,P＜0.01).Conclusion:Compared with Chinese norm,the family members of selective surgery patients for gynecology and obstetrics are more anxious.And music therapy combined with nursing intervention can effectively ease their anxiety.

近年來,伴隨經濟社會快速、迅猛發展,婦科疾病已悄然成為威脅女性健康的最大殺手。子宮肌瘤、卵巢囊腫,子宮內膜異位癥是育齡期婦女最常見的婦科疾病,其病因尚不完全明確,早期診斷有一定的難度。據目前報告數據顯示,子宮肌瘤發病率可達20%～40%[1],在婦科常見病中發病率最高[2];卵巢囊腫屬于常見的良性疾病,在育齡婦女中發病率較高,占生育期婦女的15%[3];子宮內膜異位癥是引起女性不育的主要原因,保守估計育齡女性中流行率可達15%,其中50%的不育女性以及青春期女性均合并子宮內膜異位癥[4]。……
