體驗式教學的有效探索：基于“個人成長工作坊”課程的實踐

摘 要 個人成長工作坊是一種運用團體心理輔導的理論、把“個人成長工作坊”融入到實際心理健康教學當中的新型教學形式。個人成長工作坊是順應現代教學改革的要求，根據學生的實際心理特點，充分發揮體驗式教學模式，在設定主題的情況下，借鑒心理劇扮演、心理擴展訓練等形式開設本課。

Practice of "Personal Growth Workshop" Course

Abstract Personal growth workshop is a use of the theory group psychological counseling， the "personal growth workshop" into new forms of teaching mental health education among real. Personal growth workshops to follow the requirements of modern teaching reform， based on the actual psychological characteristics of students， give full play to experiential teaching model， in the case of setting the theme， drawing on psychological drama plays， expand training and other forms of psychological open lesson.

教育部辦公廳于2011年頒發文件《普通高等學校學生心理健康教育課程教學基本要求》，文件明確心理健康教育集“知識傳授、心理體驗與行為訓練”三位一體的特色。個人成長工作坊是順應現代教學改革的要求，根據學生的實際心理特點，充分發揮體驗式教學模式，在設定主題的情況下，借鑒心理劇扮演、心理擴展訓練等形式開設本課。個人成長工作坊既豐富了理論授課，同時也是對體驗式教學的應用和創新。

1 體驗式教學的研究概述

體驗式教學是指根據學生的認知特點和規律，通過創造實際的或重復經歷的情境和機會，呈現或再現、還原教學內容，使學生在親歷的過程中理解并建構知識、發展能力、產生情感、生成意義的教學觀和教學形式。體驗式教學目的在于讓學生的意志、情感、態度和行為全部投入到整個學習過程中。整個學習過程和形式由教師設計、指導；學習效果呈現在學識層面上的增加和個體能力、情緒、態度和行為方式上的改變上。……
