醫學專業來華留學生中國文化適應度研究

摘 要 本研究以寧夏醫科大學為例，著重探討了醫學專業來華留學生對中國文化的適應度。研究的樣本包括寧夏醫科大學不同年級的醫學專業留學生，采用問卷調查與面談的方式進行實證分析。研究結果表明，不同文化背景、不同年級和專業的留學生對中國文化的需求程度是不同的，對中國文化有親身經歷往往比課程灌輸更能激發起留學生的興趣。本研究為各高校進一步做好留學生的管理和服務工作提供一定的借鑒意義，同時也為來華留學生在留學中國期間更多地了解中國，從而更好地發揮其與留學生所在國的橋梁紐帶作用。

The Suitability on Chinese Culture of the International

Students with Medical Majors

——Take Ningxia Medical University as an example

Abstract This study is mainly taking Ningxia Medical University as example， emphasizing the extend of adjusting Chinese cultures for international students majored in MBBS. The research examples include students from different grades， implementing the evidence-based research of questionnaire and interview. The research indicates that students of different cultural background， grades and majors have different extends of needs for Chinese cultures， which motivates the interest of international students more than indulge them into experiencing the culture personally. This research will provide the significance of management and service work for international students in higher education， meanwhile， it also helps international students know more about China during their staying in China， implementing their role of bridging the two countries.

1 研究背景

隨著中國綜合國力的提高，越來越多的外國留學生選擇到中國留學。來華留學生數目激增，是近幾年隨著我國高校國際化建設興起而出現的情況。據教育部網站消息，2014年全年在華學習的外國留學生人員總數突破37萬人，來華留學生的生源國家和地區數、我國接受留學生單位數及中國政府獎學金人數均創新中國成立以來新高。

寧夏醫科大學留學生教育始于1993年。目前，有來自韓國、印度、尼泊爾、孟加拉、巴基斯坦、新加坡等10余個國家的280余名在校留學生。來華留學生在校期間，不僅要對學生的專業知識加強學習，同時也要重視對中國文化的教育，這除了是學校為了適應教育國際化的發展趨勢，加強與國外先進醫學知識的交流，更是為了培養一批“知華、友華、親華”的留學生。……
