中國基金資助基礎(chǔ)研究的文獻計量學分析

摘 要 目的：從文獻計量角度總結(jié)中國近5年基金資助基礎(chǔ)研究的概況，為國內(nèi)從事基礎(chǔ)研究的科研人員提供參考。方法：以中國學術(shù)期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版總庫為數(shù)據(jù)源進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果：2010-2014年間中國基礎(chǔ)研究的基金論文共3116篇；發(fā)文最多的期刊、資助基金類型、地區(qū)、研究熱點分別是：《科技進步與對策》，國家自然科學基金，北京、上海，轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學、科技和中醫(yī)藥等；論文核心作者共57人，發(fā)文207篇，單位主要集中于國內(nèi)科研院所和高等院校，且前20名的作者單位中有8個為中醫(yī)藥院所，基金論文量≥4篇的核心作者有5人。結(jié)論：5年來中國基礎(chǔ)研究基金論文數(shù)量整體呈上升趨勢；基金論文尚未形成固定核心期刊；發(fā)文地區(qū)分布及基金類型來源廣而不均；核心作者及其單位呈集中-離散態(tài)勢，且其對中醫(yī)藥研究方面的投入和產(chǎn)出較多。

Abstract Objective： To overview China funded basic researches in recent five years by literature metrology and to provide a reference for the dynamic basic researchers.Methods：Statistical analysis was made based on the database from China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database（CAJD）.Results： From the year of 2010 to 2014，3，116 basic research papers supported by the country have been published.Most of those papers were published by the journal of Science & Technology Progress and Policy and funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China. Beijing and Shanghai were the hotspot regions. Translational medicine，science and technology and Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） were the most popular areas.A total number of 207 papers have been published by 57 core authors mostly from research institutes and universities of the country.Among the top institutions，8 of them were TCM institutions while only 5 authors published over 4 foundation papers.Conclusion： In the past five years，the number of basic research foundation papers was on the rise.Stable core journal was not formed by foundation papers.Regional distribution and the type of foundations were multivariate while unbalanced.Core authors and their institutions showed a focus-discrete trend and the input and output on TCM researches were a lot.

中國知網(wǎng)的學術(shù)期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版總庫是世界上最大的連續(xù)動態(tài)更新的中國學術(shù)期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫，內(nèi)容覆蓋自然科學、工程技術(shù)、農(nóng)業(yè)、哲學、醫(yī)學、人文社會科學等各個領(lǐng)域，檢索系統(tǒng)具有良好的兼容性，多種詞表輔助檢索，可獲得良好的查全率與查準率。

基金資助論文是指以國家為主體，地方、機構(gòu)、企業(yè)、社會團體、軍隊等為補充的多層次資助體系提供科研經(jīng)費產(chǎn)生的論文。基金論文代表著研究領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的方向和水平，①且目前我國基金資助項目絕大多數(shù)的產(chǎn)出是以論文為主要形式?！?br>
