摘 要 廣西的水文與水資源工程本科專業(yè)設(shè)立十余年來形成了自身的特色,為地方經(jīng)濟做出了應(yīng)有貢獻。在未來發(fā)展過程中,為了使該專業(yè)辦得更好更強,應(yīng)根據(jù)國家高等教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、本專業(yè)的整體布局、所屬高校的發(fā)展、所在區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟狀況及人才需求,確定更加科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確的專業(yè)定位、制定符合未來社會需求和辦學(xué)能力的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。以專業(yè)定位和人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)為指導(dǎo)設(shè)置科學(xué)實用的課程教學(xué)體系,并在此基礎(chǔ)上強化師資隊伍的建設(shè)。

Development Direction of Guangxi Hydrology and Water Resources
Engineering Undergraduate Professionals

Abstract Guangxi Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering Undergraduate established more than ten years to form its own characteristics, in order to make its due contribution to the local economy. In the future course of development, in order to make the profession more to do even better, higher education should be based on national development strategies, economic conditions and the needs of the professional talent overall layout of the development owned universities, where the area determined is more scientific and accurate professional orientation, to develop in line with the future needs of the community and school capacity training objectives. Professional orientation and training objectives as a guide to set the scientific and practical teaching system, and strengthen the construction of teachers on this basis.

0引言
水文學(xué)是研究地球上的水循環(huán)規(guī)律,即研究各種水體的儲存、分布、運移轉(zhuǎn)化、與環(huán)境因素相互作用和影響的規(guī)律,并將研究成果服務(wù)于人類的生存和發(fā)展的科學(xué)。①水文學(xué)對應(yīng)于我國高校的本科專業(yè)名稱在1993年前為陸地水文專業(yè),在教育部1993年頒布的《普通高等學(xué)校本科專業(yè)目錄》②中,將陸地水文專業(yè)更名為水文與水資源利用,后又在1998年頒布的《普通高等學(xué)校本科專業(yè)目錄》③中變更為水文與水資源工程,此后一直沿用至今。
作為我國高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的重要專業(yè)組成,多年來水文與水資源工程專業(yè)培養(yǎng)了大量的人才,為社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻。伴隨著高等教育的發(fā)展,水文與水資源工程專業(yè)在我國高校的分布和發(fā)展,也經(jīng)歷了從少到多、從弱到強、從點到面的發(fā)展歷程。……
