摘要:3DJY-45型煙苗剪葉機實現了剪葉和消毒的自動化控制,但是當系統出現問題時,無法迅速報警并確定故障點,為了保證設備高效穩定的工作,設計了基于STC89C52RC單片機控制的剪葉機監控系統。試驗結果表明,系統報警成功率高于95%,當系統出現故障時,監控系統能及時發出聲音報警同時確定故障點,并將故障點顯示在人機交互界面,為故障維修提供了依據,提高了維修效率。

Design on Monitoring System of 3DJY-45 Tobacco Leaf-cutting Machine

Abstract: Automatic leaf-cutting and disinfecting were achieved in the 3DJY-45-tobacco seedlings leaf-cutting machine, however its difficult for the machine to alarm and locate points of fault when failures occurred, so a STC89C52RC-based leaf-cutting monitoring system was designed to make up for the lack of alarming and fault points locating. Results showed that, the alarm success rate of system was above 95%, when the system had the breakdown, the monitoring system could give the sound alarm in time and determine the fault, and then the points of fault will be displayed on the human-machine interaction, which gave basis to maintenance, improved the maintenance efficiency as well.

目前漂浮育苗作為工廠化育苗的一種方式,憑借其育苗效率高、能有效預防幼苗病害、移栽過程簡單、返苗速度快等優點,廣泛應用于煙草育苗行業。為了培育根系健壯的煙苗,在育苗過程中要適時對煙苗進行剪葉。
3DJY-45型煙苗剪葉機主要由剪葉機構和消毒機構組成。剪葉機構的主要任務是根據苗床的大小,調節剪葉范圍并選擇剪葉路徑,實現了苗盤無需離開苗床的剪葉功能;消毒機構的主要任務是控制剪葉過程中的消毒頻率和消毒量。雖然該設備實現了剪葉和消毒的自動化控制,但是當系統出現問題時無法迅速報警并確定故障點,例如當消毒管堵塞時,剪葉機構仍能正常工作,但消毒機構無法對刀具進行消毒,不能有效防止病菌的傳播,影響系統工作的可靠性。為了保證設備高效穩定的工作,設計了剪葉機監控系統,當系統出現故障時,監控系統能及時報警并確定故障點,將故障點顯示在人機交互界面上,提高了維修效率。……
