摘要:以湖北水稻區試參試品種為材料,用圖像法測定稻米外觀品質粒型、透明度、堊白粒率及堊白度,分析了方法測定的重復性、準確性等性狀,結果表明,采用圖像及軟件法可以快速檢測稻米的外觀品質,檢測結果與國家標準方法一致,且測量結果準確、穩定、操作便捷,能應用到水稻區試外觀品質檢測及水稻的育種工作中。

Research on Appearance Quality of Rice by the Image Analysis Method

Abstract: In this paper, the rice varieties for Hubei province regional trial was used the rice varieties for Hubei province regional trial was used as material for analyzing. An image analysis method was used to determine the grain shape,translucency,chalky rice percentage and chalkiness degree and replicability and accuracy of this method was researched. The result suggested that appearance quality of rice can be quickly tested by using the image analysis method?and the values are consistent with those by related national standard method. Further,the image analysis method is considered to be more accurate,stable and convenient,which is applicable in determination of appearance quality of rice for regional trial and therefore rice breeding.

水稻是我國重要的糧食作物,其播種面積占全部糧食作物播種面積的30%,產量占糧食總產量的40%[1],稻米品質包括外觀品質、加工品質、蒸煮食用品質和營養品質等。外觀品質包括堊白度、堊白粒率、透明度和粒型等。目前,GB/T 17891-1999[2]、GB 1350-2009[3]、GB 1354-2009[4]及NY/T 593-2013[5]中大米外觀品質檢測還停留在人工感官的水平,不僅客觀性和可重復性差,而且操作耗時費力,檢測精度低。
隨著科技的不斷進步,國內稻米外觀測定有了較大的發展,數字圖像處理技術在大米外觀品質分析中的應用研究日益增多[6-9],研發了JMWT12[10]、萬深SC-E、浙江托普等大米外觀品質測定儀,使大米外觀品質測定自動化得到了較大的發展。
本研究應用圖像法對稻米外觀品質進行測定,檢測了粒型、透明度、堊白粒率、堊白度,與國家標準人工感官測定品質指標相比較,以探討圖像及軟件分析法在到稻米外觀品質檢測中的應用價值。

試驗材料來自2014年湖北水稻區試參試品種,其中選擇不同粒型秈稻及粳稻各3種,不同等級秈稻及粳稻堊白粒率及堊白度各4種,及不同透明度秈稻及粳稻各4種。……
