摘 要 采用生化測定的方法對黃花美冠蘭[Eulophia flava(Lindley) Hooker f.]花芽分化過程中假鱗莖內可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白質和總核酸含量的變化進行研究。結果表明:整個花芽分化過程中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量均呈先下降后大幅上升的變化趨勢,C/N呈先大幅降低后緩慢升高,總核酸含量的變化呈先降低后升高再降低,且波動幅度較大。表明假鱗莖中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白質和總核酸的代謝與黃花美冠蘭花芽分化緊密相關。

Abstract Changes of soluble sugar, soluble protein and nucleic acid contents in pseudobulbs of E. flava were studied by biochemical measurements during the flower bud differentiation. The results demonstrated: during the flower bud differentiation, soluble sugar and soluble protein contents in pseudobulbs reduced slightly at first and then increased rapidly. Changes of C/N value of pseudobulbs showed a sharp decline initially and followed by a slow rise. Changes of nucleic acid contents in pseudobulbs showed high-low-high-low and the fluctuation was obvious. The results indicated that metabolism of soluble sugar, soluble protein and nucleic acid closely related to flower differentiation.

黃花美冠蘭[Eulophia flava(Lindley) Hooker f.]屬于蘭科(Orchidaceae)美冠蘭屬(Eulophia)植物。黃花美冠蘭系地生蘭,在野外常生于低海拔丘陵地疏林灌叢中,性喜高溫、干爽、光照充足的氣候環境,喜酸性土壤,耐干旱,耐瘠薄,不耐蔭蔽,忌澇,畏寒冷,生長適溫為25~30 ℃。假鱗莖生于地下,近圓柱狀,有數節,疏生數條根。葉生于假鱗莖頂端,通常2枚,紙質,披針形,長20~40 cm,寬4~7 cm?;ㄈ~同萌,花葶側生,常從假鱗莖上部節上發出,粗壯,高可達1 m;總狀花序直立,長35~40 cm,疏生10余朵花;花型美觀,花朵大,直徑可達4 cm,檸檬黃色,開放熱烈;花期4~6月;單花期約2周,是極具開發價值的切花資源。20世紀80年代末,中國熱帶農業科學院在“海南島花卉種質資源考察”中就已將其列為重點推薦的野生蘭種類[1-3]。
目前,國內對于黃花美冠蘭已開展了一些研究,內容涉及黃花美冠蘭的原生境調查及生長發育規律[4]、主要營養元素含量變化[5]、施肥配方[6]、核型分析[7]、組織培養[8-9]、內生真菌[10]及切花保鮮[11]等。……
