關于我國食品安全檢測技術的探討

摘要：民以食為天，食物是人們生存的基礎。改革后，我國進入了新時代，物質基礎和國民經濟都在迅速發展，同時也給了我國食品進步和發展的機會。食品種類越來越豐富，數量也愈來愈多。從以前溫飽問題到如今的食品關注在科學、營養和安全方面。但目前我國食品在其安全性方面還是存在一些令人擔憂的問題，因此從安全檢測技術方面來對我國食品安全進行分析和探討。

Abstract：Food is food is the basis of people's survival. After the reform， China has entered a new era， are the material basis for the rapid development of the national economy at the same time also gives the opportunity to progress and development of China's food. Increasingly diverse types of food， the numbers are increasing. Food and clothing from the past to today's concerns in food science， nutrition and safety. China's food but there are some worrying problems in their safety， so from the safety testing techniques for analysis and discussion on China's food safety.

隨著國民經濟的發展，人們對于食品的要求也在不斷的提高中，現如今來看，人們更多關注在食品的如何吃的健康、吃的安全方面。但近幾年來，我國在食品方面還是出現了一些問題。例如三聚氰胺奶粉事件、瘦肉精事件等等，雖然經濟發展給了食品發展更大的發展空間，但也讓很多不良商家鉆空子，為了牟取暴利，從而危害人們的生命健康。

1 食品安全

1.1 食品安全的概念

食品安全是指食品無毒無害，符合應有的營養要求，對人體健康不會造成任何的傷害。食品安全包括了具體的三個含義：食品數量安全、食品質量安全和食品可持續安全。首先是人們買得到和買得起的基本食品，其次是食品在營養和衛生方面保障人們需求，最后就是保護良好的生態環境和資源利用。

食品安全畢竟關系到人們群眾的生命，關系到國家的經濟發展和社會穩定。因此食品質量安全一直是食物中毒和食源性疾病問題關注的重點，但很多企業利用現在的高科技技術在食品安全方面做小動作。……
