低強度激光照射治療變應性鼻炎的臨床療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 分析并評價低強度激光照射治療變應性鼻炎的療效及安全性。 方法 將我院收治的128例變應性鼻炎（AR）患者隨機均分成治療組和對照組，分別采用低強度激光照射治療和鼻內應用糖皮質激素噴鼻治療，比較兩組療效。 結果 治療組與對照組對比差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。 結論 對變應性鼻炎患者進行低強度激光鼻腔照射治療是一種安全、有效的治療方法；鼻內應用糖皮質激素是變應性鼻炎的推薦療法，低強度激光鼻腔照射治療可作為輔助治療。

Observation of clinical efficacy of low-intensity laser irradiation in treatment of allergic rhinitis

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and evaluate the efficacy and safety of low-intensity laser irradiation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 128 patients with allergic rhinitis （AR） admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group and received the low-intensity laser irradiation treatment and the intranasal corticosteroid nasal spray treatment respectively.The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The differences between the treatment group and the control group were not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion For patients with allergic rhinitis， the low-intensity laser nasal irradiation treatment is a safe and effective method of treatment；The intranasal application of corticosteroid is a recommended therapy for allergic rhinitis and the low-intensity laser nasal irradiation can be used as an adjuvant therapy

變應性鼻炎（AR）的發病率較高，最高可達25%，臨床表現為鼻塞、鼻癢、流涕、嗅覺功能障礙等，很容易引發鼻竇炎、咽炎、中耳炎、支氣管炎、以及眼結膜炎等病癥。對患者的正常睡眠質量、發音功能造成嚴重影響，進而影響患者的生活質量。為此，本研究對我院就診的128例AR患者進行低強度激光照射治療和鼻內應用糖皮質激素治療，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

收集2009年3月～2012年3月在我院就診的AR患者128例，經倫理委員會批準，同時征得患者本人及家屬同意，將其隨機均分成兩組，每組64例，其中治療組男37例，女27例，年齡8～47歲，平均（23.4±7.5）歲，病程2個月～16年；對照組男35例，女29例，年齡7～48歲，平均（24.5±8.3）歲，病程3個月～18年。觀察組和對照組在性別、年齡、病程一般資料上對比，差異無統計學意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.1.1 納入標準 為了確保本次研究活動所得結果的真實性，在128例患者接受入院治療后，我院需要對128例患者進行氣道過敏試驗和鼻腔內鏡檢查，從而確保128例患者均符合變應性鼻炎的相關診斷標準。……
