京萬紅軟膏治療萎縮性鼻炎的應用研究

[摘要] 目的 運用京萬紅軟膏治療萎縮性鼻炎，與傳統藥物治療進行比較，觀察京萬紅軟膏治療萎縮性鼻炎的療效。 方法 萎縮性鼻炎患者130例，根據入院時間按隨機數字表隨機分兩組，治療組（65例）采用京萬紅軟膏治療，對照組（65例）采用傳統藥物治療。 結果 治療組有效率100%，康復時間較對照組快，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05），治療組明顯優于對照組。 結論 京萬紅軟膏治療萎縮性鼻炎起效快，鼻黏膜康復時間及提高治愈率方面療效顯著，優于傳統藥物治療，使用方便，值得臨床推廣。

Application research of Jingwanhong paste in the treatment of atrophic rhinitis

[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of Jingwanhong paste in the treatment of atrophic rhinitis through using Jingwanhong paste，which compared with traditional drug treatment. Methods 130 patients with atrophic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups according to admission time and random number table.The treatment group of 65 cases were treated with Jingwanhong paste，while the control group of 65 cases were treated with traditional drug. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 100%，and the recovery time of the treatment group was faster than that of the control group（P<0.05），so the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Jingwanhong paste in the treatment of atrophic rhinitis has a rapid onset，rapid recovery of schneiderian membrane，high cure rate and convenient use，and which is better than the traditional drug，so it is worthy to clinical promotion.

萎縮性鼻炎（atrophic rhinitis）是一種發展緩慢的鼻腔慢性炎性疾病，其特點是鼻黏膜干燥、萎縮，鼻腔增大，嗅覺障礙，鼻腔內有大量黃綠色膿痂形成，后者壓迫鼻黏膜，患者常表現前額顳側和枕部頭疼。近年來研究發現本病患者大多有免疫功能紊亂[1]，但在疾病發展的不同時期，病理改變也不相同，常規的治療方法往往使病程遷延難愈，患者比較痛苦，本研究選擇2009年3月～2012年12月130例萎縮性鼻炎患者，根據入院時間按隨機數字表隨機分為治療組和對照組，治療組應用京萬紅軟膏涂抹鼻腔65例，與對照組應用傳統藥物治療65例，進行對照觀察，臨床證實其療效顯著，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

130例患者均系我院2009年3月～2012年12月耳鼻喉門診患者，女71例，男59例，年齡18～69歲，平均（56.3±3.1）歲，病程5個月～17年，平均（11.2±2.7）年，全部患者鼻腔均呈現干腔狀態，鼻腔黏膜蒼白干燥、下鼻甲有不同程度的萎縮、鼻腔擴張，并有黃綠色膿痂存在，部分膿痂粘連于黏膜表面。……
