玉丹榮心丸治療手足口病并心肌損害患兒的療效分析

[摘要] 目的 觀察玉丹榮心丸治療手足口病并心肌損害患兒的療效。方法 選擇80例手足口病合并心肌損害患兒，隨機分為觀察組和對照組，均根據指南常規治療，觀察組加用榮心丸治療，對兩組治療前后心肌酶譜（CK，CK-MB，LDH，AST和HBDH）的檢測結果進行對比。結果 治療后觀察組CK、CK-MB 和LDH分別是（163.17±48.94）U/L、（16.83±6.06）U/L和（217.67±53.48）U/L，低于對照組CK（222.75±80.96）U/L、CK-MB（21.92±5.30）U/L和LDH（269.50±59.23）U/L，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。兩組均未發現明顯的不良反應。結論 在常規治療基礎上加用玉丹榮心丸治療手足口病并發心肌損害，有助于縮短病程，提高臨床療效。

Effects of the treatment that given Yudanrongxin pills on hand-foot-mouth disease with cardiac damage

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the effect of the treament that given Yudanrongxin pills on hand-foot-mouth disease with cardiac damage. Methods Eighty patients with hand-foot-mouth disease，which were complicated by cardiac damage， were divided into observation group and control group，with 40 patients in each group. All patients received conventional treatment. On the basis，the observation group was given Yudanrongxin pills. The treatment course was 7 days. The levels of creatine kinase（CK），creatine kinase-MB（CK-MB），aspartate aminotransferase（AST），lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） and hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase（HBDH） were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment，the levels of CK，CK-MB and LDH were significantly lower in observation group than that in control group [（163.17±48.94）U/L vs.（222.75±80.96）U/L，P<0.05.（16.83±6.06）U/L vs.（21.92±5.30）U/L，P<0.05.（217.67±53.48）U/L vs. （269.50±59.23）U/L，P<0.05]，respectively. No side effects were found in all patients. Conclusion The treatment that given Yudanrongxin pills on the conventional treatment is effective and safe for hand-foot-mouth disease with cardiac damage and is worthy of clinical application.

手足口病（hand-foot-mouth disease，HFMD）是由腸道病毒感染引起的傳染病，主要通過消化道和密切接觸等途徑傳播，多發生于學齡前兒童，尤以3歲以下年齡組發病率最高。2008年5月2日我國正式將手足口病列為丙類法定傳染病。手足口病患兒心肌容易受到侵害[1]，近年來關于手足口病合并心肌損害的研究越來越多，臨床上多采用保護心功能對癥治療。本研究以手足口病患兒為研究對象，在常規保護心功能治療的基礎上加用玉丹榮心丸，以研究玉丹榮心丸在治療手足口病并發心肌損害的療效。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

2012年4～12月在我院手足口病區收治住院治療的手足口病合并心肌損害患兒80例，入選病例均符合2010版“手足口病預防控制指南”中手足口病臨床診斷標準[2]，其中男44例，女36例，隨機分為觀察組40例，對照組40例，兩組性別差異無統計學意義（x2=0.199，P=0.655，P>0.05），年齡、體重各項指標的差異無統計學意義（t分別=0.283、0.064，P分別=0.780、0.949，P>0.05），見表1。……
