抗菌藥物在零售藥店及個體診所的應(yīng)用情況調(diào)查

[摘要] 目的 了解本地區(qū)抗菌藥物在社會零售藥店及個體診所的銷售、應(yīng)用情況，為醫(yī)藥管理部門制定藥物管理政策提供參考。 方法 以問卷調(diào)查的方式，主要從對國家有關(guān)抗菌藥物管理法規(guī)、文件，尤其是“限抗”相關(guān)政策、法規(guī)的了解、知悉度，抗菌藥物的實際銷售品種、應(yīng)用情況等方面，對多家零售藥店及個體診所進行調(diào)查。 結(jié)果 零售藥店及個體診所對國家有關(guān)抗菌藥物管理法規(guī)、文件內(nèi)容（包括“限抗”政策）的知悉度不高，抗菌藥物的實際銷售、應(yīng)用情況存在一些不規(guī)范、不合理現(xiàn)象。 結(jié)論 應(yīng)在整個醫(yī)藥行業(yè)推行“限抗”政策，加強零售藥店及個體診所抗菌藥物銷售與應(yīng)用的監(jiān)管，才能有效遏制耐藥細菌的產(chǎn)生。

Application investigation of antibacterial drugs in retail pharmacies and individual clinic

[Abstract] Objective To understand the sales and application situation of local antimicrobial agents in society retail pharmacies and individual clinics and provide reference for medical administrative department to formulate drug management policy. Methods By way of questionnaire survey， investigate many retail pharmacies and individual clinics，mainly from the understanding and learning of relevant drug management state laws and regulations， documents， especially the \"limited resistance\"， actual sales and application of antibacterial，etc. Results The cognition degree of retail pharmacies and individual clinic for relevant state and file content （including \"limited resistance\" policy） of antimicrobial agents was not high， not standardized， unreasonable phenomenon existed in the actual sales and application of antibiotics. Conclusion The \"limited resistance\" policy should be carried out in the whole pharmaceutical industry，strengthen individual retail pharmacies and clinics antibacterial drug sales and application regulation， can effectively curb the generation of drug-resistant bacteria.

為防止抗菌藥物的濫用，有效遏制耐藥細菌的產(chǎn)生，近幾年來，國家下大力度加強了對抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用的監(jiān)管，先后出臺了《抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用指導(dǎo)原則》（2004年）、《抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用管理辦法》（2012年）等法規(guī)與管理文件，并在2011年組織開展為期3年的“全國抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用專項整治活動”，對全國所有政府辦醫(yī)療機構(gòu)抗菌藥物的品種品規(guī)數(shù)及臨床應(yīng)用行為進行嚴格的管理，現(xiàn)已取得很好的成效。然而，在醫(yī)療機構(gòu)之外的社區(qū)醫(yī)療，抗菌藥物的應(yīng)用和管理情況是如何的呢？我們對本地區(qū)及周邊部份零售藥店及個體診所進行調(diào)查，了解社區(qū)抗菌藥物的應(yīng)用及管理現(xiàn)狀，現(xiàn)報道如下。……
