妊娠期糖尿病患者新生兒臍血SHBG、IGF—1水平與出生體重的相關(guān)性

[摘要] 目的 探討妊娠期糖尿病患者新生兒臍血SHBG、IGF-1水平與出生體重的相關(guān)性。 方法 調(diào)查對象為2009年1月～2011年2月在我院進(jìn)行治療且被確認(rèn)為妊娠期糖尿病患者的子女共30例為A組，同期為非妊娠糖尿病患者的子代共30例為B組，在此基礎(chǔ)上再將<2000 g，3000～4000 g，>4000 g分別分為SGA組，AGA組，LGA組。收集新生兒出生時(shí)體重，用電化學(xué)發(fā)光法進(jìn)行胰島素測定，同時(shí)運(yùn)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法進(jìn)行臍血SHBG、IGF-1的濃度進(jìn)行測定，分析新生兒臍血SHBG、IGF-1水平與出生體重的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果 A組與B組新生兒臍靜脈血清SHBG、IGF-1水平與體重比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。A組：回歸方程的線性假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)：F=6.7268，P<0.05；B組回歸方程的線性假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)：F=8.3271，P<0.05，因此，可以判定新生兒臍血SHBG、IGF-1水平與出生體重有相關(guān)性。 結(jié)論 妊娠期糖尿病患者新生兒臍血SHBG、IGF-1水平與出生體重具有相關(guān)意義。

Correlation study of neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG， IGF-1 levels and birth weight on the patients with gestational diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG， IGF-1 levels and birth weight on the patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 30 children whose patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2009 to February 2011 were as group A，while 30 children whose patients without gestational diabetes mellitus were as group B at the same time. On the basis of this， they were divided into SGA group（weighing less than 2000 g），AGA group（weighing from 3000 to 4000 g） and LGA group（weighing more than 4000 g）.Then the weight of neonatal birth were collected， the insulin and umbilical cord blood concentrations of SHBG and IGF-1were determined by electrochemiluminescence and ELISA at the same time for analyzing the correlation of neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG，IGF-1 levels and birth weight. Results There were significantly difference in neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG，IGF-1 levels and birth weight between A and B group （P<0.05）.The linear hypothesis test of A group about the regression equation showed F=6.7268，P<0.05.The linear hypothesis test of B group about the regression equation showed F=8.3271，P<0.05.Therefore，it suggested that there was a correlation between neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG，IGF-1 levels and birth weight. Conclusion There is significant relationship between neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG， IGF-1 levels and birth weight on the patients with gestational diabetes.

近年來，隨著生活水平的提高，出現(xiàn)越來越多的糖尿病患者，妊娠期糖尿病作為特殊類型的糖尿病，其在一定程度上反映著胎兒代謝的生存環(huán)境，不僅影響到孕婦的安危，更關(guān)系到胎兒出生后的生長和發(fā)育[1]。因此妊娠期孕婦血糖水平的高低與胎兒生長發(fā)育關(guān)系較為密切，胰島素生長-1也是一種受血液中胰島素調(diào)解物質(zhì)，與胎兒的生長發(fā)育有著較為密切關(guān)系，以下為臨床上對妊娠期糖尿病患者新生兒臍血SHBG、IGF-1水平與出生體重的相關(guān)性探討，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料
