基于JIT的生產信息管理模型研究

〔摘 要〕本文先討論JIT，以此為基礎建立基于JIT模式的生產信息管理模型，并開發了一個小型的基于JIT模式的生產信息管理系統，與傳統的MPRII模式比較，JIT模式下的生產信息管理具有較明顯的優勢。

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕JIT(Just In Time)is suitable for the manufacturing enterprise development needs in the current market conditions.JIT(just in time)production is the process that the products and components with the required level of quality are produced at the given time and place the authors designed and implemented production management systems based on JIT.It can facilitate business process reengineering and enterprises informationization of the current discrete manufacturing industry in China.Compared with the traditional MPRII mode,production information management systems based on JIT has more obvious advantage.

傳統的計劃經濟體制影響和信息技術的約束使工業化生產中各部門聯系不緊密，信息的及時性不強，特別是忽視了市場需求的及時性和準確性，導致產品積壓，影響企業發展。20世紀80年代以來，消費者對產品的需求愈加多樣化，制造業的生產方式開始由大批量的剛性生產轉向多品種少批量的柔性生產；以計算機網絡和大型數據庫等IT技術和先進的通訊技術為依托，企業信息系統也開始從局部的、事后處理方式轉向全局的、實時處理方式［１］。在經濟全球化、市場全球化的必然趨勢下，中國制造行業面臨嚴峻的競爭形勢，轉變管理思路，建立現代管理理念，引進現代管理決策機制，提高核心競爭力已經成為企業最迫切的要求［２］。JIT模式作為一種新的管理模式，其能保證在正確的時間和正確的地點決策者可以利用正確的信息，從而減少決策的失誤。從中國制造企業的市場環境來看，JIT是目前生產信息管理模式的較好選擇。本文先討論JIT，以此為基礎建立基于JIT模式的生產信息管理模型，并開發了一個小型的基于JIT模式的生產信息管理系統，與傳統的MPRII模式比較，JIT模式下的生產信息管理具有較明顯的優勢。……
