圖書館學術引征服務實證研究

〔摘 要〕學術引征服務是現代圖書館最重要的讀者服務活動之一，它依據讀者的引征需求開展工作，針對性地強，因而深受讀者歡迎。這項服務目前的發展趨勢是怎么樣的？在服務時間、服務對象、服務項目、服務方式，以及讀者負擔等方面有什么特點？針對學術引征服務的這些常見問題，開展相應的實證研究，找出較為普遍的規律，對圖書館讀者服務的健康發展，具有非常重要的意義。

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕The service of finding information of academic research achievements cited by the retrieval tools is one of the most important activities of readers service in modern libraries,works are carried on according to readers information requirements,so as to be appreciated by readers.How about the current situation of development of the service?What are the features in time,object,item,method or service,as well as the readers burden?It is of great importance to carry on corresponding empirical research,find out relatively general rules of the service,in accordance with the healthy development of the library readers service.

１ 問題的提出

學術引征服務是現代圖書館讀者服務的基本項目之一。它是一種以檢索工具為依托，以檢索技術為手段，針對一定的學術需求和目的，接受學者或學術團體委托，對其學術成果被知名檢索工具收錄、引用等情況進行綜合性檢索，然后出具引征報告的信息服務活動［１］。

圖書館開展學術引征服務的原因有很多，但服務形成規模，并具有較大的影響力卻是緣于2003年《關于改進科學技術評價工作的決定》（下稱《決定》）的頒布。這個由我國科學技術部等五部委聯合頒布的通知，倡導運用國外四大檢索工具——SCI、ISTP、Ei、ISR為數據源對我國的學術成果進行科學評價［２］。《決定》頒布后，讀者的引征熱情被迅速點燃，學術引征服務的需求亦被迅速激發。簡而言之，《決定》成為了學術引征服務發展的催化劑，引領著圖書館的讀者服務進入了一個新的時代。
