我國三七產業專利戰略分析與預警

〔摘 要〕專利是世界上最重要的技術信息，專利分析為技術、產品及服務開發提供決策參考，為發展技術策略，評估競爭對手提供有用的情報。本文通過對我國三七產業相關專利的分析研究，包括總體趨勢分析、技術生命周期分析、申請人構成分析、IPC構成分析、申請人IPC構成分析和發明人區域構成分析，就我國三七產業專利的保護與利用提出對策和建議，為我國三七產業專利發展戰略提供決策參考。

專利信息是指以專利文獻作為主要內容或以專利文獻為依據，經分解、加工、標引、統計、分析、整合和轉化等信息化手段處理，并通過各種信息化方式傳播而形成的與專利有關的各種信息的總稱。專利情報分析，就是將專利信息經過科學的加工、整理、組合、分析等系統化處理后，形成具有較高技術和參考價值的專利情報，通過把專利數據升值為專利情報，可以幫助用戶全面、深層地挖掘專利資料的戰略信息，促進產業技術的升級，研究、制定和實施企業發展的專利戰略，是企業獲取競爭優勢的重要手段。

中藥是我國璀璨的文化瑰寶，有著五千多年的歷史，是中華民族優秀傳統文化的重要組成部分。近年來，中藥越來越受到國際社會的關注，國內對此也更加重視。云南的中藥資源品質優良，使云南中藥材在全國市場上獨具一格，其中首屈一指就有三七。……
