近年來國外技術接受模型研究綜述

〔摘 要〕技術接受模型是解釋和預測人們對信息技術接受程度的基礎理論。本文主要對近年來國外技術接受的研究進行系統性總結分析。首先總結了技術接受模型的不同應用領域和不同用戶群體對技術接受的影響；接著綜述了技術接受模型中關鍵變量之間的關系，對感知有用性和感知易用性的測量，以及影響感知有用性和感知易用性的外部因素。最后指出了現有研究的不足以及今后研究的方向。

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕The technology acceptance model is the basic to explain and predict the acceptance of end users towards information technology.This paper systematically summaried the recent international research of technology acceptance models.First,the influence of different information technology and the end users was summarized;then,concluded the relationship of critical concepts in the TAM,the measurement of PE and PEOU and their influencing factors.The shortcomings and the research directions of TAM were put forward in the end.

技術接受模型（Technology acceptance model，TAM）是目前信息系統研究領域中最優秀的技術接受理論之一，由于其模型結構簡單和各種實證研究對其價值的證實，技術接受模型被廣泛應用于研究對各種信息技術的接受［１］。例如，從辦公自動化系統到搜索系統、數字圖書館，從對各種開發框架、開放資源的使用到對各種管理系統，以及最近幾年來出現的在線學習系統、ERP以及各種娛樂系統，技術接受模型的應用范圍越來越廣。

然而對于不同的用戶群體及其不同的信息技術，TAM的表現形式、影響因素及其預測效果差別很大［２］。而且在這些模型之中，結構變量關系以及得出的結論并不一致(e.g.,Lee et al.,2003；Legris et al.,2003)。因此，需要對這些研究做系統的分析。基于此，本文就技術接受研究概況以及不同研究環境下的主要影響因素、變量做全面的比較分析，最后做簡要總結，并指出研究的不足及今后相關領域進一步研究的方向，為以后的研究提供借鑒、參考的價值。……
